1 Introduction

The present inventory control system was developed to automate the entry and exit
transactions of products and / or accessories, thus optimizing operating times and ensuring
inventory reliability.
The use of the software will increase the speed and efficiency in the operation of the
warehouse and make the process more agile, saving time and resources. The worker will no
longer have to go through the warehouse with a notebook and pen writing down each item
that he must dispatch.
The registration of each new item that enters the warehouse will have an entry through the
product registration module, as well as the existence of each product in real time will be
updated.
The user will be able to make reports of entries, exits of products, will be able to carry out
searches, modifications.
This manual explains step by step the different functionalities of the software and how to
use it.
2 Authenticate or Login

In order to enter the system, the user is required to identify himself with his username and
the corresponding password. The keys are delivered in a confidential document.
After successful authentication, the system automatically directs the user to the initial
screen of the application.

3 Home Screen

The initial screen is the starting point for using the application. In this view we can see the
different transactions or movements that we can carry out in our software.
From this home screen is where we can perform the different actions we need, from a
product registration to user help.
4 Product Registration

In this form all the products that are not in the system are registered, click on the
registration tab and a form called registration will be displayed, in which you can enter the
data related to the product.

5 Product Reception

In this form, the income of the products is registered, click on the Movement tab and select
the Product Reception Item, which will display a form that will be filled out in its entirety.

6 Product Dispatch

In this form, the dispatches of the products are registered, click on the Movement tab and
select the Item dispatch of the Product, which will display a form that will be filled out in
its entirety.
7 Reports

By selecting the report option, you will be able to generate reports of entries, salty,
product stock.
