(PRESENTATION COMPETITION)
Date of Event: October 26, 2023 Registration Deadline: October 10, 2023
RULES:
Students enrolled in their graduation and post-graduation programs are
eligible to participate.
The team can have a maximum of two members.
Participants must be in formals.
The participants need to prepare a PowerPoint Presentation on the problems
that student faces with HR.
The final PPT should be provided to the committee (via mail) well before in
time.
Presentation will be conducted on October 26, 2023. Each team will get 5
minutes for presentation followed by a Q&A round for 2 minutes.
All the participants will get participation certificates.
Presentations will be evaluated based on content, clarity, engagement, and
overall effectiveness. Judges' decisions will be final.

Rules:
All participants, including panelists, speakers, and moderators are required
to dress in formal and professional attire to maintain a respectful and
serious atmosphere.
Panelists and speakers must possess a deep understanding of the discussion
topic, demonstrating expertise and knowledge relevant to the subject
matter.
Participants should have prior experience in public speaking to effectively
convey their ideas and engage with the audience.
All participants are encouraged to be active listeners, paying close attention
to the speakers and panelists to promote meaningful discussions.
Panelists must stay on topic and refrain from discussing unrelated or
tangential subjects to ensure the discussion remains focused and relevant.
All participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional
conduct throughout the event. Disruptive behavior, personal attacks, or
offensive language will not be tolerated.

Rules:
The moderator should remain neutral and impartial, refraining from
expressing personal opinions or taking sides in the discussion.
Ensure that the event adheres to the schedule by enforcing time limits for
panelists. Keep the discussion on track and within the allocated time frame.
Facilitate the flow of the discussion by posing relevant questions,
encouraging interaction among participants, and ensuring everyone has an
opportunity to contribute.
In the event of disagreements or conflicts among participants, handle them
professionally and diplomatically, seeking common ground or offering a
balanced perspective.
Conclude the event by summarizing key takeaways, thanking participants
and the audience for their involvement, and leaving attendees with a
memorable and thoughtful conclusion.
