MINUTE NO: 1

 Performance against targets

The chair Mr. Carole Fletcher asked for Mike Reynard to update the production figures
for the last quarter, whereby he said the figures are up on the previous quarter by 2% on
products streams one and two and down by 0.5% on the product stream three. And this
was due to recent sales campaign which focused on the higher margin item in product
stream on and two.

 Team member recruitment programme

The HR manager Trudy Finch summarized the recent recruitment programme:

- The full figures of the HR report are on the internet.

- recruited 10 new people from January to April
- 9 of them have successfully completed their probation
- one woman called Sheila Rose left her husband for work
- their successfully recruits comes from radio rather than traditional advertising
- they suggest to review the advertising method in colors to work people as a
visual sign
- they will need to recruit people and train people within business

Open discussion

They are about to approve the implementation phase of rollout the training program

It will be bought a testing system which is coming next week on Wednesday.

People should be allowed in training during their lunch break and be allowed to access
their internet system to keep them motivated as Peter Morgan concluded

The chair Carole Fletcher thanked everyone and informed members of the next meeting
to be held on 18th October in the same time and same place.
