As someone who lacked severely in time management, I have tried listing on how

the concepts from this course will guide me for my future management style. The
report projects the overview including the changes I have made changes in my
management actions, behaviours, and activities, and how I will bring change in the
future me as a manager.

How the changes occurred: I made these changes because I have struggled with
procrastination and time management in the past which made things tough for me
and hindered my other works. The Task and Time Inventory tool has helped me to
be more strategic in how I allocate my time and resources. Although it's not easy to
change one's sleep, eating, and exercise habits, trying to do so can have a big
impact on procrastination. Procrastination can also be the result of emotional and
psychological factors, such as stress, depression, low self-esteem, and poor impulse
control. The feedback I have given in the past has been too general and often not
actionable, so I have made a conscious effort to be more specific and direct in my
feedback.Modifications Made in Management Actions, Behaviours, and Activities
are the primary change I have made in my management actions is to be more
focused in prioritizing tasks and activities. I have used the Task and Time
Inventory tool to categorize tasks based on their urgency and importance. This has
helped me to focus on the most critical activities first and avoid procrastination.
Additionally, I have made an effort to give more specific and actionable feedback
to colleagues and team members. I have learned that feedback is most effective
when it is timely, specific, and focused on behaviours rather than personal
characteristics.Success achieved are the changes I have made have been successful
in helping me to better manage my time and provide more effective feedback. I
plan to continue using the Task and Time Inventory tool and providing specific
feedback to colleagues and team members.Success not achieved is that I did not
encounter any changes that did not meet their goals, as I have only recently
implemented these changes.I imagine myself as a manager who is focused in
prioritizing tasks, providing important feedback, and building strong and healthy
relationships with colleagues and team members. This course has emphasized the
importance of communication, strategic planning, and adaptability, which I will
prioritize in my future management style.

Conclusion: Overall, this course has provided valuable insights into effective
management actions, behaviors, and activities. The changes I have made have been
successful in helping me to better manage my time and provide more effective
feedback. I am confident that the skills and concepts I have learned will guide my
future as a manager.
