FREEDOM INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, CUTTACK RESOLUTION OFPTM-20/ 05/2023 Following points have been discussed for the better improvement of system: 1. All the timings of physical education classes must be streamlined so that student will not lose their time. 2. For first unit test all the subject teachers are suggested to complete the syllabus before hand, if not they need prepare the questions from the completed chapters. 3. Those chapters having interlinked with other chapters, concern subject teacher must take care of it. 4. All the chapters must be completed as perthe plan. 5. Plan (splitting syllabus subject wise) must be shared in the group for parents information. 6. Forgetting effective result academic concept must be rectified as soonas possible. 7. As per the decision all the marks of different exam must be shared to individual parents for theirreference. 8. In every class previous topic must be summarized so that student will be more confident regarding the concept. 9. Questions fromNCERT BOOK must be discussed in class. 10.Worksheet (Board Pattern) must be shared in the respective class group. 11. There must be a demo class regarding question pattem forthe session-2023-24. 12.All students are required to deliver the presentation in class by choosing anyof the topic aftereach chapter. 13.Based on the result 10",11", Chapter End Test and Performance in 1* Unit Test section will be segregated in different sections(A,B & C)as per their performance. 14 After reopening of school the proposed school timing will be Timing Class 8.00-10.00 Tution 10.30-4.00 Regular lasses 15.In order to review above resolution of PTM andto discuss any further issues date of forth coming PTM will be 8° July-2023.
