Rationale

 This course introduces students to the field of


conflict analysis and management. It teaches
how to describe conflict accurately and
manage the conflict based on Interpersonal
Conflict, Organizational Conflict and
Intercultural Conflict. The students will learn skills
that will be useful for application in a variety of
settings such as workplace, family, society,
media and etc.

Assignment
 Assume that you are a consultant to a company in a real-world organizational conflict
management.
 Choose a company in the area of your choice and do prepare a diagnosis, conflict
resolution strategy. In order to complete the task the followings concern should be
addressed in your assignment.
 Introduction: The company profile (1-2 pages)
 Body :
 What are the conflict occurred in the company ( 3-5 pages)
 How and what are the strategies has been taken to address the conflict (2-3 pages)
 Identify potential future risks of the conflict (1-2 pages)
 Conclusion: Discussion on impact of overall strategies towards the company (1-2 pages)
