    1.- ENGINE FAILURE DURING TAKEOFF RUN


    Throttle IDLE

    Brakes APPLY

    Wing Flaps RETRACT

    Mixture IDLE CUT-OFF

    Ignition Switch OFF

    Master Switch OFF

    2.- ENGINE FAILURE INMEDIATELY AFTER TAKEOFF


    Airspeed 85KIAS (FLAPS UP)

    75KIAS (FLAPS DN)

    Mixture IDLE CUT-OFF

    Fuel Selector Valve PUSH DOWN and ROTATE to off

    Ignition Switch OFF

    Flaps AS REQUIRED 40°recommended

    Master Switch OFF

    Cabin Door UNLATCH

    Land STRAIGHT AHEAD

    3.- ENGINE FAILURE DURING FLIGHT (Restart procedures)
    Airspeed 80 Kias

    Fuel Selector Valve BOTH

    Auxiliary Fuel Pump Switch ON

    Engine Power RESTORED

    Mixture Control RICH (If start does not occur)

    Ignition Switch CHECK OFF

    (or START if propeller is stopped)

    Auxiliary Fuel Pump Switch OFF

    4.- FIRE DURING START ON GROUND


    Ignition Switch START

    (continue cranking to start the engine)

    If Engine Start:

    Power 1800 RPM (for a few minutes)

    Engine SHUTDOWN (inspect for damage)

    If engine Fails to Start

    Ignition Switch START

    Throttle FULL OPEN

    Mixture IDLE CUT OFF

    Fuel Shutoff Valve PUSH DOWN and Rotate OFF

    Auxiliary Fuel Pump Switch OFF

    Fire Extinguish OBTAIN

    Engine SECURE

    Airspeed 110 KIAS

    Forced Landing EXECUTE

    6.- ELECTRICAL FIRE IN FLIGHT

    Master Switch OFF

    Vents, Cabin air Heat CLOSED

    Fire Extinguisher ACTIVATE
