KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made and executed this 24th day of April 2021 in Antipolo City, by:

We RICKY E. GALICIA & WILMA GABIANA DELOS REYES, live-in partner for 13 years, both of legal age
Filipino citizen and resident of Zone 7-A Sitio Igiban, Brgy. Cupang, Antipolo City, hereinafter referred to as the
“SELLER”;

-AND-

ERNESTO G. REYES JR, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and resident of Blk 29 Lot 5 Escopa 3,
Bliss Project 4, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as the “BUYER”;

WITHNESSETH, THAT:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the owner of a parcel of land located at Zone 7-A Sitio Igiban Brgy. Cupang,
Antipolo City Additional containing an area of EIGHTY (84) SQUARE METERS;

WHEREAS, THE BUYER has offered to buy the above-mentioned property;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THREE THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 123,000), Philippine Currency, in hand paid by the BUYER to the SELLER, the letter DOES HEREBY
SELLER, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto the said BUYER, her heirs, assigns and successors-in-
interest, the above described property, free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever;

The SELLER agrees to execute and deliver to the BUYER any additional document to complete the
ownership and the title of the BUYER to the above-described property so that it may be duly registered in the
name of BUYER;

Capital Gain Tax shall be for the account of the SELLER;

Documentary Stamps Tax, Registration Fee, Registration Expenses, and all other miscellaneous fee and
expenses shall be for the account of the BUYER.

IN WITNESS WHEREFOR, we have here unto set our hands this 24th day of April 2021 in the City of
Antipolo.
