Production Introduction

The GX series industrial videooscope (as shown in the picture above) is a new
type of non-destructive detection instrument that integrates optics, electronic
technology, precision machinery and microscopic camera technology.

〇Optical inspection
The controller is equipped with a high-brightness color LCD display, an ultra-small
camera, and the video signal is processed and amplified and the test result is clearly
displayed on the 5-inch color LCD screen. It has high definition, high reliability, high
stability, etc., and has excellent on-site detection capabilities.

〇Precision machinery
The bending part is composed of precision snake bones, electric 180°/360° continuous
guidance, and the bending angle more than 120°.

〇Applications
This product is suitable for video detection in small spaces, and can be used to
visually detect foreign bodies, blockages, and defects in automobile engines
(cylinders, pistons, valves, etc.), hydraulics, pneumatic parts, steel pipes, castings, and
containers; it can also be used for anti-terrorism , Search and other small entrance
peep inspection.

〇Features
High pixel: high-resolution camera module to provide better image quality;
high-sensitivity CMOS sensor to ensure the observation effect under low light
conditions.
Lens: Adopt rear cold light source fiber optic light guide, four-way bending detection
(2.4/2.8mm is two-way bending).
Storage display: It has the function of storing data such as photos and videos, and is
equipped with a 32GB memory card.
Probe: It adopts a more advanced rear plug-in design, which can quickly replace
2.4mm/3.9mm/6mm inspection mirrors with different diameters and lengths to suit
more working conditions.
Joystick: The electric joystick controls the pulling action, you can enter the damping
mode with one button, which is convenient for one-handed operation.
Touch screen keys and function keys: One-key operation design, independent keys to
achieve rapid recording, file retrieval, etc., which is convenient for users to operate.

A Switch button: Press this button to start or close the controller.

C Corrugated ring: Non-electric handle rotates the corrugated ring clockwise to
increase the rocker damping. At this time, when the rocker is operated to any angle,
the hook head will stop in this direction. Rotate the corrugated ring counterclockwise
to release the damping state.
D Auxiliary light source button: Press this button to turn on/off the auxiliary light
source (B) on the back of the controller.
E Zoom-in key: the real-time image can be magnified up to 5 times. During the image
preview, press this key to magnify the image.
F Joystick: Control the probe to bend in any direction; click down to enter the pull
damping state, and long press down to reset the articulation.
G Camera light adjustment button: the initial state of the light after power-on is off,
press this button once to increase the brightness of the light by one level, a total of 5
levels, when the level is the largest, the light is the brightest, reciprocating cycle.
H Recording key: In the real-time image state, press this key to start recording, and
press this key again to stop recording.
I Playback button: In the real-time image state, press this key to enter the image
preview mode.
J Menu/Return key: Press this key to switch between the image state and the menu
state, and it also has the function of returning to the previous menu.
K Up button: In the menu state, press this key to move the cursor up.
L Right arrow: In the image preview mode, press this key to move the cursor to the
right.
M Confirm button: Confirm the execution of the selected command; in the image
preview state, long press this key to delete the selected photo or video.
N Down button: In the menu state, press this key to move the cursor down.
O Left button: In image preview mode, press this key to move the cursor to the left.
P Battery compartment lock: Press the upper part of the lock to remove the battery
(Q).
R Capture button: In the real-time image state, press this button to take a photo; in the
image preview state, press this button to rename the selected picture.

SD card slot: insert an SD card.

Note: Insert the SD card (metal contact surface facing the front of the controller).
The wrong direction will cause damage to the SD card slot.
USB interface: a bridge connecting the controller and the computer, through this
interface, the information in the controller can be output to an external computer.
AV output interface: the hub that connects the controller and the external monitor, and
the screen in the controller is output to the external monitor through this interface.
HDMI interface: high-definition video output interface. (When an external display
device is connected, the device menu function will be blocked, and only photos and
videos can be taken.)

Insertion tube part: This is the part inserted into the observed object, this part is
waterproof (2.4mm is not waterproof).
Articulation part: It can be bent in four directions under the control of the operating
rod. This part can be customized waterproof (IP67).

Operation Instructions

Note: Before turning on the device, you need to install the handle in place. The device
does not support hot swapping, and the handle needs to be replaced in the shutdown
state, otherwise the device will start up abnormally.
1. When using, first confirm that the controller has installed the battery (make sure
the battery is charged) and SD card, and press the on/off key to turn on the
device.
2. Objects observation
a.Press the camera light adjustment button to turn on the camera's LED light source
light (users can turn on the auxiliary light source light according to needs);
b.Ensure that the insertion cable is not twisted and bent, and the articulation part is
straightened, and then insert the probe into the observation body to reach the
observation position;
c.Adjust the articulation part by controlling the joystick to make the probe reach
the target orientation;
d.Adjust the brightness of the light source and the magnification of the image to
achieve the best effect of the real-time picture.
Note: Before inserting the probe into the observed body, it is necessary to ensure
that the insertion cable is not twisted and bent, and the articulation part is straight,
and then insert the observation body to avoid damage to the internal steel wire.
3. After the observation position is adjusted, the inspection results can be observed,
recorded and stored through the function buttons of the controller.
Note: When the device is not in use, a lens protective cap must be worn on the lens to
prevent the lens from being damaged by knocks.

》Take video

In the real-time image mode, click the icon or press the recording button to
enter the recording state:

Click any point on the screen again or press the record button to end the recording,
and the recorded video will be automatically stored in the SD card in the auto-save
state (auto-save will be described in detail in the menu operation).

》Take picture

Under real-time image mode, in the auto-save state, click the icon or press the
camera button to complete the photo and save the picture in the SD card (auto-save
will be described in detail in the menu operation).

4. After the equipment is used, reset the articulation part straight, exit the observed
object safely, and press the ON/OFF button to shut down.
5. Put away the instrument and store it properly.

Image rotation: Click the icon to 4 display model options.

Shadow display: Click the icon, the relevant parameters of the image will be
automatically adjusted, the display brightness of the entire screen will increase, and
the dark area of the original screen will be displayed.

Strong light suppress：Click the icon, the relevant parameters of the image will be
automatically adjusted, the overall display brightness will be suppressed, and the
exposure area of the original image will be displayed.
Image enhancement ：Click the icon, the relevant parameters of the image will be
automatically adjusted, the sharpness and contrast of the overall picture will be
enhanced, and the display picture will be sharper.
3D noise reduction ： Click the icon, the relevant parameters of the image will be
adjusted automatically, the noise of the overall picture will be reduced, and the picture
will be displayed more clearly.

Negative: Click the icon the image enters the negative state;

Ruler :Click the icon to open the cross or circular ruler display for comparison
measurement.

Watermark function: Click the icon to set the image watermark. Click the two

icons to move the cursor left and right. Click to quit setting,

Click the icon to confirm the selection. click the icon to delete the
letters.

Take photo: Click the icon or the camera button to take a photo with one click. If
the photo is successful, the photo instruction will be displayed, as shown in the figure.

Video: Click the icon or the video button to record with one button. When
recording, the video indicator flashes and the video duration is displayed at the same
time. Touch the screen or press the video button again to exit the video state.

Playback: Click the icon on the main interface to enter the picture and video
playback interface. The category of video or photo can be viewed by the file name at
the bottom, ***.JPG is a picture file, ***AVI is a video file.
Touch the screen or press up, down, left or right to select pictures and videos, click

the right or icon to turn the page, click the icon or the menu/back
button to return to the previous interface.

Double-click the selected file or press the OK button to enter the preview of a single

file, and press the or icon to switch between the front and rear files;

Click the icon on the right side of "Picture File" or the confirm button to enter

the sub-interface, and click the icon or to zoom in and out the image.

Click the icon or menu/back button to return to the previous interface.

diameter of the camera, there will be slight differences in the menu display, and the

Video settings

White balance: the camera image can accurately reflect the color condition of the
subject, with automatic, daylight, cloudy, incandescent and other methods.
Double-click the "white balance" light bar to enter the sub-menu, double-click the

parameter you want to select or click the icon to return to the previous menu.
You can also click or press the up/down key to select the main menu, press the enter
key or right key to enter the sub-menu, then press the up/down key to select the
parameter, and then press the enter key to complete the setting.

Exposure: +2.0——(-2.0) Users can choose according to actual needs, and the setting
method is the same as above. (There is no item in the individual configuration menu.)

Gain: The user can manually or automatically select the gain value, and the setting
method is the same as above. (There is no item in the individual configuration menu.)

Image mode: standard, bright. Users can choose according to actual needs, and the
setting method is the same as above. (There is no item in the individual configuration

Frame rate: There are 3 kinds of frame rate, users can choose according to actual

Screen settings

Screen brightness: brightness level 1-9, users can choose according to actual needs,

Screen ratio: There are two kinds of 4:3, 16:9, users can choose according to actual
needs, the setting method is the same as above.

Screen rotation: Click this option to rotate the screen at 0° and 180°. The user can
choose according to actual needs. The setting method is the same as above.

Icon display: After turning on the icon display status, in the real-time image status, the
SD card identification, date and time, and watermark are displayed on the screen.
Users can choose according to actual needs, and the setting method is the same as
above.

Application settings
Date and time setting: Double-click the light bar to enter the date and time sub-menu,
you can adjust the year/month/day/hour/minute. When the cursor selects a parameter,

click the icon above or below the parameter to adjust the parameter, press
the confirm button, Complete the date and time adjustment. Users can choose
according to actual needs, and the setting method is the same as above.

Language: This product supports multi-language selection such as simplified Chinese,

English, etc. The user can set it by himself, and the method is the same as above.

Sound: The user can choose whether to turn it on according to actual needs, the
method is the same as above.

Automatic storage: Turn on automatic storage, and the data will be stored in the SD

Storage options: select internal memory or SD card to modify the data storage

Simple Trouble Shootings

Faults Causes
The front section of the Check whether the insertion cable has loops and knots.
insertion cable is The insertion cable should be straightened before
abnormally bent controlling the hook.
Video without image Check whether the power is connected, whether the
power is insufficient, whether the probe is installed in
place, or pull out the battery and reinstall it and then
turn it on again.
Blurry images Check whether there is any dust or dirt on the lens at the
front of the probe. If it is, turn it off and clean the
surface of the lens at the front of the probe, and then
turn it on again to check the image.

Precautions

1. Before using the equipment, be sure to check whether the insertion cable is coiled.
It is prohibited to operate the operating lever when the detection line is coiled to avoid
damage to the steel wire inside the insertion cable.
2.When taking photos and videos, make sure that the brightness of the camera light is
appropriate, and at the same time ensure that the probe tip is stable and does not
shake.
3.At the end of the use of the equipment, you need to adjust the articulation part to be
straight, and then pull out the tested body. It is forbidden to pull hard.
4.After the equipment is used, do not soak and rinse the product. Use a soft cloth to
clean the probe and controller to prevent dirt from corroding and damaging the
performance of the product. Then put the equipment in a special equipment box and
properly protect it, so as to extend the service life of the product.

5.Do not subject the device to squeeze, impact or impact to avoid unnecessary
damage; when the device is not used for a long time, be sure to remove the battery to
avoid battery damage and corrosion of the instrument.
6.Do not use at temperatures outside the range of -10°C to 50°C.
7.Do not use or place the product in a corrosive environment.
8.Do not expose the product to rain. Except for the waterproof probe, do not leave the
probe in liquid for a long time.
9.Do not place the product near strong magnetic objects.
10.Do not use in an environment with excessive smoke and dust.
11.Do not scratch the screen, please keep the body clean.
12.Please do not try to disassemble this product by yourself. Repair work is limited to
the staff authorized by the original factory.

After-sales Service

1.Pledge
1.1 The main part of the product is guaranteed for one years. The warranty period for
repaired parts is six months, and the warranty period for only repaired parts is three
months. Man-made damage is not covered by the warranty, and only maintenance
costs are charged for lifetime maintenance. For products that have been repaired, the
effective warranty period is subject to the following two longer periods:
a.The remaining warranty time of the product;
b.Ninety days from the date of maintenance.
1.2 The purchaser shall bear the transportation and handling costs of the product.
If there is a problem or failure in the quality of its own parts or materials, our
company will provide free maintenance services.
1.3 During the warranty period, the purchaser will not be charged for the parts and
labor used to repair or replace the product. All replaced parts, circuit boards or
equipment will belong to our company.
1.4 This service is only applicable to the initial purchaser of the product.

2.Out-of-warranty liability
Limited liability guarantee When your product fails in normal use, our company only
promises the above free warranty service. In the following situations, please choose
our company's paid services. Our company’s ‘service commitment’ is limited to
repairs to product malfunctioning hardware.
2.1After your product is repaired by our company's after-sales service department,
you will continue to enjoy the promise of the original machine's warranty period. If
the repair parts exceed the free warranty period, please pay a certain repair service fee,
and our company will repair your product. The standard of the repair service fee will
be customized by our company's after-sales service department.
2.2 The equipment is used abnormally, improperly stored, unauthorized modification
of the connection, maintenance, misuse, abuse, accident accident, modification,
incorrect installation, force majeure (such as fire, earthquake), etc., our company is
not responsible for this Liability and the right not to provide warranty services;
2.3 The purchaser did not inform the manufacturer of the defects and malfunctions of
the product in time, and the date of reporting for repair has exceeded the effective
warranty period, which is also out of warranty.
3.Failure repair period
When the equipment needs to be repaired after inspection, we will complete the repair
task within one month after receiving the equipment. In case of special circumstances,
if the repair cannot be completed within the time limit, the customer service staff will
call you in advance to negotiate the repair date and the aforementioned repair time
