1. PwC IAC Valuation October 2019– Till date

I am working in PwC IAC as a Manager 2 and currently leading the team of tangible assets valuation.

Key Assignments/ Initiatives:

• Valuation of tangible assets for Property, Plant, and Equipment (PP&E) reporting for clients based in USA,
Canada, UK, and Australia.
• Building global stakeholders and client relationship and bringing new business to firm.
• Audit reviews for PP&E reporting including mathematical checks, matters control documents preparation,
sensitivity analysis and preparation of final documentation.
• Valuation of tangible assets for mergers and acquisitions including, balance sheet – fixed asset register
reconciliations, assets fair value calculation, market research, and preparation of final schedules and reports.
• Valuation projects completed for clients in multiple industries including Consumer markets, Engineering and

2. Macquarie Risk and Capital Analysis July 2017 – September 2019

I had worked in Macquarie as a senior analyst and was part of the risk and capital analysis team.

Key Assignments/ Initiatives:

Economic Capital:

• Calculating and analysing economic capital required for Macquarie group and Macquarie businesses.
• Understanding and verifying economic capital for various risk types like credit, equity, market, and other risks.
• Using Mathematica, a statistical tool, for analysis of economic capital data and capital required.
• Create report based on final analysis for CRO and board meetings.

Stress Testing:

• Analysing stress test data from CCAR, EBA, BoE and using it for internal stress test scenario development for
ICCAP.
• Working with the risk and capital analysis team for annual Australian Prudential Regulation Authority
(APRA) stress test for both Macquarie group and bank.
• Using R and Mathematica for creating models used in the stress testing.

Governance:

• Leading the governance project for documenting all the processes including stress testing and economic capital

the progress of the project.

3. Blackrock Index Implementation November 2016 – July 2017

I had worked in Blackrock as an Analyst and was part of the index’s implementation team.

• Implementation of indices in multiple asset classes like fixed income, equities, commodities, etc.
• Using Blackrock ALADDIN product for the index implementation.

4. IHS MARKIT Fixed Income Index Management April 2013 – November 2016

I had worked in IHS Markit as an Associate and was part of the index’s portfolio development team of fixed
income index management.

Key Assignments/ Initiatives:

Indices Portfolio Development:

• Research on new fixed income index project requirements in conjunction with clients and global sales team.
• Development and launch of fixed income indices and curves.
• Data mining and back testing of bond data, prices and analytics.
• Using Advance Excel, VBA Macro and SQL knowledge for daily processes.
Operations:

• Managing Benchmark indices on a weekly basis followed by regular previews and monthly rebalancing.
• Tracking new bond issuance and preparing their reference data, sector classification and both bond and
country level ratings by analysing and collecting the relevant data from various sources like Bloomberg,
Reuters, Moody’s, S&P, Fitch, and bond prospectus.

locations on important processes on a regular basis.
