1. Your dreams & aspirations could touch new horizons at IGRUA, the premier flying training institute in the country with state of the
art training facilities. Many of the Alumni of IGRUA are already serving in various National and International Carriers as Senior
Commanders and are holding key positions in these Airlines.
2. IGRUA offers Ab-initio to CPL Course for issue of CPL with Multi–engine endorsement and Instrument Rating (IR) on Multi-engine
Aircraft. Shortlisted candidates in Final Merit shall be inducted in Four batches at intervals of 3 months each starting August 2023
onwards.

3. Eligibility :
(i) Marks
General Candidates SC / ST / EWS/OBC Candidates (in Non-Creamy Layer)

Must have passed English, Maths & Physics with minimum Must have passed English, Maths & Physics with minimum
50% marks at 10+2 or equivalent in individual subjects. 45% marks at 10+2 or equivalent in individual subjects.

(ii) Marital Status - Single, UNMARRIED

(iii) Height – Minimum 158 cms

i) In case SC/ST/EWS and OBC candidates do not qualify even after 5% relaxation in the Entrance Written test, the seats would be
de-reserved for General Category.
ii) Candidates can also opt for B.Sc. (Aviation) Degree, being conducted simultaneously with CPL Course. Duration of this course
will be 03 years. As of now 40 seats are available on merit basis.
iii) Candidates awaiting result for 2023 Class 12 Examination can also apply but they have to produce pass result with requisite
marks in the subjects mentioned in para 3 above, at the time of Interview / Aptitude Test.
iv) IGRUA proposes to sponsor up to 7 EWS candidates on merit-cum-means basis for the entire training as
well as for Type Training. The candidates will have to go through the entire selection process on their own
i.e. payment for the entrance exam fees and admission charges on similar lines as for any other candidate of
general category.
v) IGRUA has a tie up with FSTC for Type training on (A320/B737/ATR-72/Q-400) at their Gurugram or
Hyderabad centers. It is mandatory for candidates who wish to undergo this particular training to indicate
the same at the time of filling up the form for entrance exam.
5. Medical :
Selected candidates can join with valid Class II Medical; however they are advised to clear Class-I Medical subsequently. Please

6. Training fee :
i) Rs. 45 Lacs payable in four quarterly installments in one year.
Additional expenditure for about Rs. 2 Lac towards cost of Uniform, Navigation Computer, Head Phones, Training Material etc.

ii) Candidates, who opt for CPL with Type Training on aircraft mentioned above will have to pay the following additional fee for Type
Training to FSTC directly -

 a) A320 or B737 – Rs. 17.00 Lakhs
b) ATR -72 or Q-400 – Rs. 19.00 Lakhs
7. Boarding & Lodging :
i) During CPL training at IGRUA: IGRUA is a fully residential institute having separate Hostels for Boys and Girls. Charges for
Boarding and Lodging is approximately Rs. 15,000/- per month).
ii) During the Type Training at FSTC – Boarding & Lodging shall have to be arranged by the candidates at their own cost.
8. Selection :
Online Entrance Test, Pilot Aptitude Test and Viva/Interview in the following manner:-
a) Online Entrance Exam :
At allotted centers on 14th May 2023 (Sunday at 13:30 hrs)
Examination Centers :
Please check Options for centers. Option for three centers is to be made giving first, second and third choice.
IGRUA reserves the right to cancel any Center if numbers of Applicants for the Center are inadequate.

Syllabus for Online Test :

General English, Maths, Physics, Reasoning & Current Affairs (10+2 level objective type questions only and No negative
marking )
Relaxation of qualifying Marks in Online Test:
The cutoff marks for SC/ST/EWS/OBC candidates will be 5% less from the cutoff marks secured by the last candidate in the
General category.
b) Pilot Aptitude Test / Psychometric Test :
- Only successful candidates in Pilot Aptitude / Psychometric Test shall qualify for Interview/Viva.
- No relaxation criteria will be applicable for SC/ST/EWS/OBC Candidates in Pilot Aptitude/Psychometric Test.

c) Interview / Viva :
All short listed Candidates will be required to produce following documents in original as well as one photocopy of each
document at the time of interview ( starting from 27 Jun 2023, Tuesday onwards )
(i) Proof of Date of Birth ( Birth Certificate/ 10th Class certificate )
(ii) 10+2 Mark sheet
(iii) Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/EWS Candidates issued within last one year.
(iv) A Certificate from the competent Authority that the OBC Candidate does not belong to Creamy layer.
(v) A Certificate from an officer not below the rank of Tehsildar that the candidate falls under EWS category.
(vi) Admit Card Downloaded for Written Test

d) Admission charges and Commitment Money: All Selected Candidates including SC / ST / EWS / OBC will be
required to pay:
(i) Admission charges (Non refundable) Rs.50,000/-.
(ii) Commitment Money of Rs.2.0 Lacs - Non refundable but adjustable against training fee.
(ii) The last date for above payments is 27th July 2023 to secure seat on first come first serve basis.

9. Admit Cards :
Admit Cards can be downloaded on or after 8th May 2023 Monday
Admit cards will serve as a valid identity for attending Interview / Aptitude test and must be preserved till joining.
10. Travelling Allowance to SC/ST Candidates :
SC / ST candidates will be reimbursed 2 nd Class to and fro rail fare on production of tickets from their registered address to Rae
Bareli to appear for Interview / Pilot Aptitude Test.

11. How to apply :

12. Application Fee :

Non refundable application fee of Rs. 12,000/- for General, OBC and EWS candidates, to be paid either through internet banking,
debit or credit cards as per instructions for Fee Deposit.
The SC & ST candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
