    I have received the circular for the proposed field trip on 28th September 2022. I
    have gone through the contents.

    I wish to send my daughter/son for the proposed field trip to fun world. I
    understand that the school teacher escort will take best possible care of my
    ward, however in case of any mishap due to unforeseen circumstances the
    school teachers, management or the trip organizers will not be held responsible.

    I also confirm that my ward is medically fit to go for the trip.

    Please find herewith the amount due for the trip Rs. 1200/-.
