MUSCAT: The new Tourism Law promulgated by Royal Decree


69/2023 defined the role of the Ministry of Heritage and Tourism in
the growth of the tourism sector and organisation of tourism and
hospitality installations.
The Tourism Law, which falls in five chapters with 21 articles, allows
