(Rozmi et al.

, 2018; Wu, 2020) Stated that a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and

threats (SWOT) analysis has become a fundamental tool for organizations to evaluate their
position in the market and is widely used to analyze the internal and external environments of
organizations during times of indecision. The four elements describe factors that are either
internal or external. When referring to an organization's internal components, strengths are those
that help it achieve its objectives while weaknesses are those that get in the way of that
achievement. Opportunities are an external factor that helps a company in achieving its
objectives. These include favorable environmental factors. Threats, on the other hand, are
elements of the external environment of the organization that serve as actual or possible barriers
to achieving its objectives.
