FLOW OF THE PROGRAMME

Kewin: Before we proceed with our programme proper, we would like to mention some reminders to our
candidates.

PRELIMINARY: A FEW REMINDERS ADDRESSED TO THE ASPIRANT CANDIDATES WHILE WAITING FOR
THE AUDIENCE.

1. No foul or offensive words directed to fellow aspirant candidates.

2. Limited time will be given for each candidate to present themselves and their advocacy to the
audience or voters.

Maximum time per candidate respectively:

SK Kagawad – 3 minutes each

SK Chairmen – 5 minutes each
Brgy. Kagawad – 3 minutes each
Brgy. Captain – 10 minutes each

3. Every speech will also be allowed a 10-second grace period to conclude; if extended, the
microphone will be turned off to prevent time extensions.

4. Candidates are allowed to bring their flyers, however, please observe the cleanliness of the
venue.

(Pwede nu nga mangiantek kan flyers kan lawan pero mari pwede kan unag yo gym, observan tera
yo renu yo gym. Mari tera zinan ilappak yo flyers ira kanyo unag yo gym.

5. Playing of jingle during the speech is not allowed to give respect for the candidate who is
speaking in front.

6. Refrain from provoking other candidates or causing any physical conflict to others, otherwise will
be kicked out from the venue.

Andrey: The objective of this program is to allow the aspiring candidates to put forth their advocacies to
the public. Thus, an open forum or any queries directed to the other candidates will not be permitted.

Kewin: To show respect for the candidate while they are speaking, please refrain from whistling or
making unnecessary noises.

PART 2: INTRODUCTION OF EACH CANDIDATES

Andrey: Prior to this program, the candidates were asked to pick a number for their speech sequence
order.

sincerely hope that everyone will cast their vote wisely.

Andrey: Great leaders do not set out to be a leader. They set out to make a difference. It is never about

election!
