Procedure:
1. In a separate plate, salt and pepper the meat and cover it with
flour in order to thicken the beef goulash later.
2. In a very hot pot with a little olive oil and over high heat, cook
the meat until it looks slightly golden, then reserve it on a
separate plate.
3. In the same pot, cook the finely diced onion and paprika along
with the peeled and finely sliced carrot. Also add the garlic to
this sauce and cook for 5 minutes over equally high heat.
4. Add the grated tomatoes for the juice, along with a tablespoon
of paprika or sweet paprika, and continue cooking the
Hungarian goulash over high heat for another 5 minutes.
5. Then, to continue preparing this meat goulash, add the meat
again, a cup of water, cover the pot and cook for 25 minutes
over medium heat. Rectify flavor with salt and pepper.
6. Serve and taste this delicious Hungarian goulash at lunch or
dinner, if you wish you can accompany it with steamed or
