INTRODUCTION:
Working in the garden, like digging, lifting, raking, and planting, all
produce movement that is good for reducing stress levels and improving
physical fitness. The article emphasises the value of physical activity during
breaks to reduce sedentary behaviour and offset the harmful effects of
prolonged sitting. Breaks boost physical health and avoid burnout. Personally,
I've found that taking breaks to stretch or go in my plants helps me feel more
energised and delays the development of burnout.

According to the article, taking a break from a challenge or activity might help
the brain unwind and stimulate more original thought. When engaging in
creative endeavors like studying, I've discovered that taking breaks
encourages the development of new concepts and approaches.
