On the recommendations of the Wardens' Committee (Girls & Boys Hostels) in its meeting held on
22nd September, 2023 duly approved by the Hon'ble Pro-Vice-Chancellor, the following candidates of Ph. D.
Courses have been allotted the Hostels on the basis of merit prepared/supplied by the concerned department &
applications received upto 2nd September, 2023:

The above candidates/research scholars who have been allotted hostels are advised to report

office of allotted Hostel for allotment of room(s) and deposit their mess security immediately in the
Hostel. Thereafter, the hostel fee w.e.f. September, 2023 to June, 2024 for ten monthls) is also required to be
deposited by them through online rnode w.e.f. 25th September, 2023 to 28th September, 2023 positively and

copy of the fee deposited alongwith printout of their Hostel admission forms, relevant

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

If any discrepancy in the allotmnent of hostel is found at 1later stage, the
Wardens' Committee
reserves the right to rectify/cancel the allotted seat.
