TO PREVENT AIR POLLUTION AND TO PROTECT THE NATURE

This bill Pollution prevention protects the environment by conserving and protecting
natural resources while strengthening economic growth through more efficient
production in industry and less need for households, businesses and communities to
handle waste

Section 1
This bill shall be known’n “HEALTH ACT 2023”
Section 2
(a) – (1) The country must implement the use of electic vehicles .one of
the frist actions we can take to control air ollution is the use of electric
vehices (Evs).(2) solar energy.(3) decompse agricultural waste.
(4)minimize use of firecrackers.
Section 3
This act aims to formulate a holistic national program of air pollution
management and encourage cooperation and self-regulation among citizens and
industries through market-based instruments.
