TOPIC: “Current Trends And Challenges In HR.”

Number of participants : Interested students from department of commerce self-volunteered from final year
of M.Com, B.Com General and B.Com IAF had participated in the session and an average strength of 127
students had been present through the session

REPORT:

An interesting session on “CURRENT TRENDS AND CHALLENGES IN HR” was conducted for the
students to understand about the current trends and challenges and also future in HR. It was conducted in
seminar hall ,first floor CSH block . It was started by MC where she welcomed guest and the gathering
introduced the guest speaker Mr.Syed Buhari. Other mc took over the stage to give the gift to the speaker.
Later, the speaker took over the stage and started session.

Mr. Syed Buhari started his session by asking us to ask questions.

He started answering to our questions. He then started to share screen and explained about past, present and
future trends in HR. He discussed about the various mindsets HR. He interacted about various roles that are
going to demanded and modified in the future. It help the people to understand about the role of HR and people
got great amount of clarity in the upcoming trends. He shared the tricks of psychology to handle with the
employees.

After that the speaker spokes about answering the various and tricky questions asked by vast HR in the job
interview like Tell me about yourself?, why we need to hire you ?. etc.. and the session ended with vote of
thanks by the MC team.

 Student got confidence to attend interviews

 Student who are interested in HR got to know the future trends
 Student are now able to answer any tricky questions
 Students and also teachers had got awareness on industry situations
