develop a strong understanding of business concepts, principles, and practices.

2. To be a Mentor: Acting as a mentor to students, providing guidance, support, and


advice on academic and career-related matters. Helping students set goals, explore
career paths, and develop skills necessary for success in the business world.

3. To be a Curriculum Developer: Designing and developing curriculum materials,


lesson plans, and instructional resources that align with educational standards and
cater to the specific needs of students.

4. To be a Facilitator: Creating an interactive and engaging learning environment where


students can actively participate, collaborate, and apply their knowledge to real-world
business scenarios. Facilitating discussions, group activities, and projects that
encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Utilizing a variety of teaching
methods, resources, and technologies to enhance student understanding.

4. Student Assessment: Designing and implementing assessments to measure

improvement.

and teaching them accordingly because they are at different levels. Teacher
