Fitness Day 1
● B20-3: Plan, assess, and maintain personal fitness, using the principles of training,:

○ Dumbbell Incline Press 3x6-8
○ Bicep Dumbbell Curls 3x6-8 on each side
○ Overhead Tricep Extension 3x6-8
○ Dumbbell Shoulder Press 3x6-8
● Cardio
○ Cardio Choice
○ Heart Rate in Target Zone
○ NO BREAKS
○ Visible signs of exertion

Stage 4: Reflection
I focused a lot more on demonstration of the exercises with students. I also wrote down the exercises that I
wanted them to do. They responded well, because they had something to follow and the students that don’t
know too much about working out can use that as a reference. I also did the demonstration for the bench and
showed the safety of how to do it and students responded well as well.
Class went much smoother and I didnt have to worry about getting every group to every station. I did the
demonstrations and bench talk in time, where the students got to do all the stations. I let the football guys do
their workouts, but I should have emphasized with the class that if you don't have a folder or “Workout Plan”
for football, you can't do your own workout, because there were 2 students that were not in the program and
was in the same group
