How to Generate

Profit and Loss Report

using XERO

STEP 1.

LOG IN
Go to the search bar and type ‘login.xero.com’ and you will be directed to XERO official website.

Type in email address: scaleupnz.auckland@gmail.com and password: outsource3

Drop down Column:
STEP 2.

Ensure that you are in “scaleup admin account”.

Select ‘ACCOUNTING’

Choose among the dropdown, ‘REPORTS’

After clicking the ‘REPORTS’, go to PROFIT AND LOSS.

You will be directed to the Profit and Loss Report for the specific date.
Select a month and date for the report you wanted to extract, then select ‘UPDATE’.

STEP 3.

Export Report
Select > ‘EXPORT’ at the lower right of the screen.
After clicking the ‘EXPORT’, select the ‘PDF’ type of document and the report will be downloaded to your
computer.

Then the REPORT file is ready to use.

Go to >Downloads to check for the FILE.
