conforming to IS 15490 : 2004 manufactured by M/s. FJM Cylinders Private Limited,, fitted with valves conforming to IS:3224 - Inspected & certified by
Bureau of Indian Standards - Permission for filling.

महोदय/Dear
Sir,
उपयु िवषय के संदभ म, िवषयक िसलडर म COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS (CNG) गैस भरण हे तु कोई आपि नहीं है , बशत।/ There is no objection to the filling of the
subject cylinders with COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS (CNG) gas provided that:-
1.िसलडरों को गैस िसलडर िनयम, 2016 के तहत यथा आव क िचि त िकया गया हो, उिचत कलर कोड और तीक िच के साथ पट िकया गया हो।/ The cylinders are painted
with proper colour code and logo and marked as required under Gas Cylinders Rules , 2016.
2. िसलडर म भरी गई वणीय गैस का भार िवषयक गैस के िलए अनुम l भरण अनुपात के अनुसार होना चािहए।/ The weight of a liquefiable gas filled in the cylinder shall be
as per filling ratio allowed for subject gas.
3. गैस िसलडर िनयम, 2016 के िनयम 35 के तहत यथा आव क परी ण दाब के अनुसार िसलडरों की समय-समय पर हाइडो े िटक े च टे व की जाएं ; /The cylinders are
subjected to hydrostatic test periodically as per test pressure as required under rule 35 of the Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016;
4. िसलडर म िवषयगत गैस की आपूित िकसी ऐसे को नहीं की जाएगी िजसके पास ऐसा िसलडर रखने की अनु नहीं है , जब तक िक उसे गैस िसलडर िनयम, 2016 के तहत छूट
न दी गई हो।। /The cylinder shall be filled with subject gas are not supplied to any person who is not holder of a licence to possess such cylinder unless he is
otherwise exempted under the Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016.
5. िसलडरों म गैस िसलडर िनयम, 2016 की आव कताओं के अनु प मु िनयं क ारा अनुमोिदत उपयु वा लगे हो।The cylinders are fitted with Chief controller
approved appropriate valve conforming to the requirements of Gas Cylinders Rules, 2016.
6. समय-समय पर यथा संशोिधत आईएस 8868 म िकए गए ावधान के अनुसार, िवषा िसलडरों की 2 वष की अविध म एक बार और सीएनजी/सीबीजी/हाइडोजन के िलए 3 वष और
लनशील, गैर लनशील और गैर िवषैले के िलए 5 वष की अविध म एक बार आविधक जां च/परी ण िकया जाएं । /The cylinders are subjected to periodic examination/testing
once in a period of 2 years for toxic and 3 years for CNG/CBG/H2 and 5 years for flammable, non flammable and non toxic as provided in IS 8868 amended
time to time.
7. उ िनयमों के अ ासंिगक ावधानों का अनुपालन िकया जाएं , कोई भी उ ंघन िकए जाने पर िव ोटक अिधिनयम, 1884 के तहत दं डा क कारवाई की जाएगी।/ Other
relevant provisions of the said rules are complied with, any violation made shall attract punitive action under Explosive Act, 1884.

इस भरण अनुमित की मािणत ित, परी ण और िनरी ण माण प की ित के साथ ेक ाहक / िसलडर के खरीदार को उपल की जाएगी। /Certified copy of this filling
permission along with copy of test and inspection certificate shall be made available to each customer/purchaser of the cylinders.
