    Please accept this letter as formal notice of my resignation from my position as Senior
    Planner/Senior Project Engineer in Clatech Sdn Bhd, effective from the 04th of November, 2022. This
    is by the one month agreed upon at my time of employment.

    I want to wrap up my responsibilities, train the other team members as a transition, and hand over
    my tasks to the team to ensure the department's continuity before I clear my remaining balance of
    Annual Leave days.

    I have enjoyed my time at Clatech Sdn Bhd, and I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for the
