RE: 14TH GRADUATION CEREMONY

Receive greetings from NIBS Management, staff and students. From all of us we say Congratulations!
Through this memo you are advised and requested to take note of the following: -
1. THAT our 14th graduation ceremony is scheduled to take place on Thursday 19th October 2023, starting
at 8.00am, Thika Road Campus.

2. THAT you are to confirm your eligibility details on the Graduation list via this link
https://shorturl.at/lmvy3 You are expected to raise any concerns/query on a google form provided in
number 3 below.

3. THAT for you to attend the graduation ceremony, you are expected to fill an intention to graduate form
via this link https://forms.gle/XcYm1JfveqRygBEMA Any Graduation Querry will be raised on the
form.

4. THAT the gown will be collected from respective campuses from Tuesday 10th October 2023 (Utamaduni
day) to Tuesday 17th October 2023.

5. THAT you will deposit refundable fee of 2,000 before collection of gowns. The amount is strictly payable
to the school fee collection account (pay bill 800300). The amount will be refunded, two weeks from the
date of gown return, through your Mpesa number.

6. THAT you will return the gown on or before Friday 27th October 2023, by 4pm. A fine of KSh. 100 per day
will be imposed for any late return of the gown. Gowns to be returned where you had collected.

7. THAT, we intend to have a graduation zoom meeting with all the Graduands on Friday 29th September
2023. The time, link and pass word will be communicated in due course.

8. THAT you shall attend graduation rehearsal on Wednesday 18th October 2023 starting at 10.00am, Thika
Road campus. Invitation Cards will be issued on the said day.

More information shall be communicated from time to time, through our official channels. Once more,
congratulations for this great milestone.
