1. 概述
CYFE 系列 15ppm 舱底水分离器是采用重力、聚结、粗粒化和破乳超滤相结合的方法,
处理船舶舱底含油污水,也适用于工矿企业、电厂、油库等场合含油污水的处理,并能
处理含乳化油浓度较高的油污水,其处理效果完全符合国际海事组织 MARPOL73/78 公
约 MEPC107(49)决议的规范要求,产品取得国内外多家船级社的型式认可证书。
产品特点:
①不需要添加化学破乳剂等任何附加物品
②克服了膜使用寿命短,更换成本高的缺点
③解决了吸附材料易饱和,废料难处理等问题
④结构紧凑,体积小,安装方便
⑤自动控制和保护措施齐全,便于操作

2. 工作原理

2.1 结构组成

整机设备由专用泵、分离器本体、电控箱等组成,其外形结构见图 1.1 及图 1.2

2.1 基本原理

本分离器的基本原理和工作流程见图 2

舱底水经过初步过滤,去除较大颗粒的杂质后,通过专用泵(柱塞泵式螺杆泵)送重力
分离室,含油较高的较大油粒,在该室直接浮至顶部,且聚集到一定油层后,自动排油;
污水送至聚集分离室,污水经更高效的过滤后,由细滤器过滤大部分的固体渣滓后,再
经精滤分离元件进行最终处理,从而达到较好的油水分离效果。

2.3 控制功能

本系统由电器控制箱及其相关的传感器部分组成系统的自动控制

2.3.1 泵保护功能

专用泵的启动、停止由电器控制箱的控制系统完成,CYFE-0.1 及 CYFE-0.25 具体实现


方式分别见图 3.3 :电气原理图和图 4.3:电气接线图。其余类型设备具体实现方式分别
见图 3.1 /3.2:电气原理图和图 4.1/4.2:电气接线图。
具体功能如下:
1)当污水舱内液位过低出现吸空现象时,真空度下降至大气压力(通常真空度设置
在-0.01Mpa)螺杆泵自动停止运行。
2)当吸入口被堵塞时,吸入管路产生高真空(通常设置在-0.05Mpa)且达到设定值
时,螺杆泵自动停止运行。
3) CYFE-0.1 型及 CYFE-0.25 型或其他采用柱塞泵输送油污水,无需设置上述泵自动
停止运行功能。

2.3.2 电加热温度控制功能
为使集油室的高粘度油通畅的排出,并防止污油粘结在液位检测器上造成控制失灵,
其设备的本体上设置了电加热器和电接点温度计。当设备内液体低于设定值(通常
设定在 35℃)时,电加热器自动开启。当设备内液体高于设定值(通常设定在 45℃)
(此功能仅适用于 CYFE-0.5 以上型号)
时,电加热器自动关闭。

2.3.3 自动排油系统
自动排油系统由电阻式油位检测器和液位继电器等相关部件组成,CFYE-0.25 以上
型号设备的聚集分离腔体及精滤分离腔体装有长(下位)、短(上位)两根电极棒。
当油位聚集到下位时,排油阀自动打开,向外排放废油,当油位排放至上位时,排
油阀关闭,停止排油。

2.3.4 超标回舱功能(仅适用于带报警装置的设备)
超标回舱系统由 15ppm 舱底水报警器、排放阀及电控箱内的继电器等相关部件组
成。当 15ppm 报警器检测到排放水超标时,发出报警和控制信号,由继电器实现
关闭舷外排放阀,打开回舱阀。

3. 主要配套件
3.1 电器控制箱
电器控制箱除了突现本设备全部功能控制外,还向外部(集控室等)提供远程输出
信号显示本设备的工作状态,电控箱可以安装在设备上,也可以安装在他处,以电
缆相接。

3.2.2 使用时注意事项

(1) 螺杆泵不应在无介质的情况下空运转,应避免定子转子产生干摩擦,定子橡胶发
热、烧坏,从而损坏泵的正常工作。
(2) 螺杆泵主要部件橡胶定子与金属转子是轻度过盈配合的,在泵首次启动或停止
使 用数天后,再次启动堵转时可用管子钳将连轴节盘动几转后再启动,否则可能
导致电机起动困难。
(3) 如泵腔内积满杂质时,可打开泵体排出端下端的排污螺孔进行清洗。

4. 安装

4.1 安装要求

1 安装位置选择需要考虑所选型号舱底水分离器的最大外形尺寸空间,见图六:

2 本舱底水分离器未采用防爆结构(除满足特殊要求的供货外)不允许安装在与
易燃易爆物质比邻的处所;

3 本舱底水分离器应安装在振动小的位置,且环境温度在 0-50℃;
4 舱底水分离器的顶部应当大于 0.6m 的空间,以便于设备起吊和器件更换。

4.2 管路安装

本舱底水分离器应按系统图规定安装(详见图七:系统安装图;表四:管路规格表),
其进行管路安装时应注意:
1 设置专用吸入管路(不能连接于大口径的舱底水排放管泵上) ,该管路尽可能短
直、弯头,阀门尽可能少,其舱底水入口应高于污水井底部 20cm 左右,防止
舱底泥沙直接吸入。
2 吸入管路上需安装随机供应的粗过滤器,安装位置要便于清洗。
3 排出水管路末端应高于舱底水分离器顶部 0.5m 以上,并安装单向截止止回阀,
以便克服停机时的虹吸现象,防止设备失水后顶部污油下降污染筒体,或海(河)
水倒灌。
4 污油柜要求低于排油出口,排油管路尽量减少弯头,确保排油畅通。
5 各管路及其配套安装完成后,必须进行水压试验,确保在 0.2Mpa 时无渗漏现
象。

4.3 底座固定

本舱底水分离器底座以电焊或螺丝形式与基底(或甲板)相固定。CYFE-0.5 及

4.4 电缆连接

电气线路所用电源线及其连接线,应符合船用要求,其进出线见图四.电器接线图

5.使用

5.1 首次使用前的准备

1. 开启分离器本体上的排气阀、观察旋塞。采样水阀。
2. 观察真空压力表高真空限位指针(绿色)是否置于-0.06MPa(450mmHg)位置。
低真空限位指针(红色)是否置于-0.01MPa 位置(出厂前已调好),以保证自动
停泵安全要求。 (CYFE0.1/0.25 电控型油水分离装置采用柱塞泵,无此安全要求。)
3. 开启吸入管路上的截止阀及反冲洗管路上的截止阀。
4. 接通电气控制箱电源,将组合开关置“通”位置即可,此时白色电源指示灯、红
色停止指示灯应亮。并先将排油开关拨向“手动位置”,观察黄色排油信号灯是
否亮。
5. 污油粘度较大或寒冷季节使用分离装置时,应在装置筒体内充满水时将控制箱上
电加热器的电源开关拨向“开”的位置,用电接点温度控制表来调整加热温度范
围为 35~45℃,当低于 35℃时加热器自动开,高于 45℃时自动关(出厂前已调好)。
视绿色指示灯的亮、灭便知电加热器工作与否。
6. 将安全阀设定在 0.2MPa 值(出厂前已调好),当本体压力达到此值时,安全阀起
跳。

5.2 运行及检查

完成 5.1 程序后进行下列操作
1. 接通油份浓度报警器电源,启动螺旋杆泵,从电动机处向泵观察、泵应是顺时针
方向旋转的,此时清水管来的清水被泵入分离器内。 (CYFE0.1/0.25 电控型油水分
离装置采用柱塞泵,无转向要求。)
2. 注水过程中分离器内部空气从开启的阀门及旋塞排出,当有水流出时,分别关闭
排污阀及观察旋塞,将排油开关拨至自动挡并及时开启排油截止阀,关闭清水截
止阀。
3. 消除装置及系统管路上的任何泄漏。
4. 当排油开关拨向“自动”位置,此时黄色排油信号灯熄灭,舱底油污水被吸入分
离装置内,进行正常的油水分离过程。
5. 运行中开启排水管系上的采样水阀,并将样水量调节至小排量连续流,观察油份
浓度报警器显示窗的含油量值或直接采集样水,观察排水是否正常。
6. 定期探摸螺杆泵(柱塞泵)轴承外表温度,观察泵运行是否平稳,声音是否正常,
及时补充轴承盒中润滑油。
7. 观察安装在分离器上的各压力表,应不超过 0.2MPa。

5.3 停机
5.3.1 正常运行状况下的停机
1. 当舱底水吸空后空气被吸入分离器内,使真空度下降至-0.01MPa 时,电接点压力

表自动发出信号,螺杆泵电机的电源自动断开,泵停止运转,防止泵无水运转,
损坏泵组。(CYFE-0.1/0.25 电控型油水分离装置采用柱塞泵,无此要求。)
2. 非正常状况下的停机
3. 当吸入管路底阀或滤器堵塞时,使泵的真空度剧增至-0.05MPa 时,电接点压力表
自动发出信号,螺杆泵电机的电源自动断开,泵停止运转。
4. 人工停机
5. 按电器控制箱上的泵停止按钮,或切断控制箱电源,泵即停止运转。
6. 其它阀门保持停机前的状态,以备下次使用。

5.3.2 日常使用检查

1. 检查常开、常闭电磁阀顶部有否磁性吸力,以确信电磁阀在通电工作状态。
2. 将需处理的污水舱舱底水管系上的截止阀开启至最大。
3. 开启电器控制箱和 15pp 舱底水报警器的电源,检查各指示灯是否在待机状态。
4. 启动螺杆泵。
5. 检查分离器工作状态下的各腔室压力及排水管上压力值是否正常,定期开启采样
阀观察排水水质。

5.4 维护

1. 定期或舱底水分离器压力值非正常上升时需清洗粗滤器及吸入底阀。
2. 定期对分离器内聚结器进行反冲洗,具体步骤如下:
a) 开启反冲洗管路上截止阀,关闭排油管路上截止阀。
b) 将电器控制箱上的排油开关拨到“手动”位置,此时舱底水停止吸入,清水由
螺杆泵(柱塞泵)送入分离器底部并流经聚结器进行反冲洗,反复冲洗时间不
少于 15 分钟。
c) 反冲洗结束后,排油开关拨回“自动”位置,开启排油管路上的截止阀,关闭
反冲洗管路上的截止阀。
3. 每隔二年打开油水分离器,并对内部聚结器进行检查清洗。

5.5 注意事项

1. 首次或较长时间未使用分离器,启动螺杆泵时务必观察有否堵转现象,及时盘动
排除堵转,以免损伤电机。
2. 当分离器内无清水充满时,不得开启电加热器,以免无水加热烧坏电加热元件。
3. 油水分离器暂时不使用时,请务必关闭最终排出管阀门,以免虹吸现象或其它原
因造成油水分离器失水液面下降,残油污染筒体。

1. Outline
CYFE Series - 15ppm Bilge Water Separator is the oily water separator which using
gravity, coalescence, and coarse-grained method to deal with bilge water. The device is also
suitable for industrial and mining companies, power plants, oil depots and other occasion
oily wastewater processing, the separator can handle emulsified oily water. The processing
result of the device is in full compliance with the Convention on the International Maritime
Organization MARPOL73/78 MEPC107 (49) specifications resolution. Our Products get
domestic and international classification society type approval certificates.

2. Principle of work

2.1 Structures

The device is composed with a dedicated pump, separator body, and electric control box.
The shape and structure shown in figure 1.1 and 1.2:

2.1 Workflow

The basic principle of the separator and workflow Figure 2:

After a preliminary filter, removes larger particles and impurities can be removed.
Through a dedicated pump (like piston type screw) to the gravity separation chamber,larger
particles with high oil can direct float to the top which may go through into accumulation
separation chamber. In the accumulation separation chamber, oil can be separated except the
emulsion part. The last chamber is used for the emulsion separation. After the three different
separation craft, the discharge water can achieve the standards.

2.3 Control Function

The system is automatically controlled by the electrical control box and its associated
sensor system components.

2.3.1 Pump Protection

The start & stop function of the dedicated pump is controlled by the electrical control
box control system. Specific implementations are shown in Figure 3 :Electrical schematic &
Figure 4:Electrical wiring diagram.
Specific functions are as follows:
1 ) When the water level is too low and cabin air suction phenomenon occurs. The
vacuum chamber down to atmospheric pressure (vacuum degree is usually set in-0.01Mpa)
pump automatically stops.
2 ) When the suction port is blocked, the suction line is in high vacuum (usually set
in-0.05Mpa) and reaches the settings, the pump automatically stops.

2.3.2 Electric heating temperature control
In order to insure high viscosity oil can be discharge from chamber smoothly, and
prevent oil polluting level detector, electric heaters and electric contact thermometer
are set on the main equipment. When the liquid inside the device below the set value
(usually set at 35 ℃),electric heater automatically turns on. When the liquid inside
the device is higher than the set value (usually set at 45 ℃ ), electric heater
automatically turns off.

2.3.3 Automatic oil discharge system


Automatic oil discharge system consists of related components resistive oil level
detector and level relays and other components. Accumulation separation chamber
and emulsion separation chamber are equipped with the level detectors, which
contains length (lower), short (upper) two electrode rods. When the oil level gathering
to the next level, the discharge valve opens automatically outward discharge of waste
oil, when the oil level emissions up level, the drain valve is closed to stop the drain.

2.3.4 Excessive back cabin features


Excessive back cabin system is composed of related parts 15ppm bilge alarm,
discharge valves and electrical control box relays and other components.
When 15ppm bilge alarm detects discharge of water exceed 15PPM, alarm and
control signals from the relays will in function. Discharge valve will be closed & back
cabin valve will be opened.

3. The main component parts


3.1 Electrical control box
Electrical control box can supply fully functional control, but also provides remote
output signal to an external output (control room, etc.) By using sound (light) form to
display the working status of the equipment, electric control box can be installed on the
device, but also can be installed in the other place, with cables connecting.

3.2 Dedicated pump (Precautions in using)

(1). Screw is prohibited idling without the media, otherwise dry friction
generated & causing damage the pump.

(2). The main components of the screw: rubber stator and metal rotor mild are
little overloaded fit, when you first start or stop using for number of days available to
start again, the pipe clamp should be used to help coupling section for a few turns and
then start moving plate in the pump, otherwise may cause difficulties in the motor
starter.
(3). If the pump chamber filled with impurities, opening the pump sewage holes in
bottom of the pump for cleaning.

4. Installation

4.1 Installation Requirements

1 Select the installation location of the selected models need to consider the
maximum bilge water separator dimensions of space, see Figure VI: Outline
Dimensions and Table 3: Dimensions table;

2 The bilge water separator is not explosion-proof structured, cannot be installed
with flammable substances near the premises;
3 The bilge water separator should be installed at the location of vibration and
ambient temperature 0-50 ℃;
4 Top bilge water separator should be installed keep more than 0.6m from the top of
carbon. The space will be used for filter replacement.

4.2 Piping installation

The bilge water separator shall be required to install following the system diagram (see Figure 7:
system installation diagram; Table IV: Piping Specifications),
Piping installation should pay attention to the following conduct:
① . Set up a dedicated suction line (not connected to the large-diameter discharge pipe bilge
pump), the lines should be as short and straight as possible, elbows, valves as little as possible, its
check valve should be higher than the bottom of the bilge water 20cm, to prevent sediment be
sucked directly.
② . Suction line should be installed coarse filter product supply by Shijiu, installation location
should be easy to clean.
③ . The end of the discharge pipe should be higher than the top of the top of bilge water
separator more than 0.5m, and install a one-way check valve to prevent dehydration of the
device or sea (River) water intrusion.
④ . Waste oil cabinet should be lower than oil discharge outlet line & minimize the elbow, to
ensure the discharge of waste oil smoothly.
⑤. After the installation is complete, each pipeline must be hydrostatically tested to ensure no
leakage at 0.2Mpa.

4.3 Fixed base

The bilge water separator welded or screwed to the base form of the substrate (or
deck). Various specifications of fixed installation size requirements Figure eight and
Table 5. For CYFE-0.1 & CYFE-0.25 the base mounting can be showed in the map which
will be given when the equipment is derived.

4.4 Cable Connection

Electrical wiring used in the power cord and cables shall comply with the
requirements of ship using, its inlet and outlet can be seen in Figure IV. Electrical wiring
diagram

5. Use

5.1 Preparing for the first time to use

1. Open the air drain valve on the separator body, observation cook & Sampe valve.
2. Observe high vacuum stopper vacuum gauge pointer (green) is placed in-0.06MPa
(450mmHg) position. Low vacuum limit pointer (red) is placed in-0.01MPa position
(the factory tuned), this can automatically stops the pump in order to ensure the
safety requirements. (piston-type pump do not have such safety requirements.)
3. Open the suction line shut-off valve and backwash pipe line shut-off valve.
4. Turn on the electrical control box power, the combination switch set to "on" position.
At this time a white power Light, red stop light should light up. And oil drain switch to

"manual position," observing the yellow oil discharge lights are on or not.
5. When the temperature is cold, electric heater should be turned on to reduce the
viscosity of the waste oil, adjust the heating temperature in the range of 35 ~ 45 ℃,
35 ℃ lower than the heater when the automatic opening, higher than 45 ℃
automatically shut (the factory adjusted). The green indicator light is the function
light for the heater
6. The safety valve set at 0.2MPa value (the factory tuned), when the body pressure
reaches this value, the safety valve off.

5.2 Operation and inspection

1. Open the power of 15PPM bilge alarm & start the pump. Observing the electric
motor & the pump, at which time the pump should be rotated clockwise. Clean water
is pumped into the separator. (make sure the 3-way valve is on the clean water source,
and shot-off valve for clean water is open)
2. In injection process, when water flows out, close the corresponding valve make the
air out of the device. Then turn the swith of oil discharge to “AUTO”, change the
3-way valve on the waste oily water from bilge & turn off the shot-off valve for clean
water
3. Eliminate any leakage pipeline of devices and systems.
4. When the oil discharge switch to "Auto" position, then yellow oil discharge lights off,
change the 3-way valve to the bilge water part, the normal oil-water separation
process begin.
5. Open the sample cock on the discharge pipe to make sure the discharge & water into
the 15PPM bilge alarm is normal or not.
6. Observing screw (piston) bearing surface temperature regularly to ensure whether
the pump is running smoothly, whether sound normal, replenish oil bearing box.
7. Observed each pressure gauge, should not exceed 0.2MPa.

5.3 Shutdown
5.3.1 Stop under normal operating conditions
1. When the bilge water suction is completed, the air will be sucked into the separator,
the degree of vacuum down to-0.01MPa, electrical contacts automatically send
signals. Screw pump motor power is automatically disconnected, the pump stops
running, prevent the pump running dry, damaged pump. (ZYFM0.1/0.25 electronically
controlled piston-type oil-water separator device uses no such requirement.)
2. Down in an irregular situation.
3. When the foot valve or suction line clogged filter, the vacuum pump can be rising to
-0.05MPa, electrical contacts automatically send a signal, screw motor power is
automatically disconnected. Pump stops.
4. Manual shutdown.
5. Press the pump stop button on the electrical control box, or disconnect the power

control box, the pump stops running.
6. Other valves hold down before the next use.

5.3.2 Check the daily use

1. Check the normally open, normally closed solenoid valve has a magnetic attraction on
top. To make sure that the solenoid valve is energized working condition.
2. The shut-off valve on the bilge slop tanks open to the maximum.
3. Open the electrical control box and 15pp power bilge alarm, check the indicator is in
standby mode.
4. Start screw.
5. Chamber pressure separator and drainage inspection work under the pressure values
​ ​ are normal, periodic sampling valve opens to observe the drainage water quality.

5.4 Maintain

1. Regular or bilge water separator pressure rises abnormally, cleaning suction strainer
and foot valve.
2. The separator regularly backwash coalescence, follow these steps:
a) Open the backwash piping valves, close the exhaust pipe of valve.
b) The drain on the electrical control box switches transferred to "manual" position,
then stop bilge suction. Water by the screw (piston) into the bottom of the
separator and reverse flow through the coalescer backwash of time, generally less
than 15 minutes.
c) After the end of the backwash, drain switch back to "Auto" position, open the drain
pipe of the cut-off valve, and turn off the backwash pipeline shut-off valve.
3. Open water separator every two years, and cleaning inside totally.

5.5 Precautions

1. For the first time or a long time unused separator, be sure to start the pump without
stalling observed phenomenon, and remove the stall, to avoid damage the motor.
2. When there is no water in the separator, not open electric heater. Anhydrous
electrically heated so as to burn out the heating element.
3. When water separator temporarily not in use, be sure to close the final discharge pipe
valve. Avoid siphoning or other causes dehydration level drops water separator, oil
residue contamination cylinder.
