❖Summary:MCB (Muslim commercial bank limited) is


one of the leading banks of Pakistan incorporated in 1947.
MCB has made significant contribution in building and
strengthening both corporate and Retail banking sector in
Pakistan

❖ Introduction :- . The bank was nationalized in


1974 during the government of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. This
was the First bank to be privatized in 1991 and the bank
was purchased by a consortium of Pakistani Corporate
groups led by Nishat Group. . The bank operates a strong
and vast Network of over 1400+ branches in Pakistan and
11 branches overseas with a footprint in UAE, Bahrain, and
Sri Lanka.

markup rate to customers as well as adopt discount policy. This HR
department of MCB has climed its way up very quickly and all that only
because of the Employee’s effort and consideration for each other.
Overall working and environment of HR office is very confortable, and
the staff is very helpful And respectful of each other, and it still
maintains a professional environment. Management of this Office is
