ACTIVITY
Description The activity provides participants various interventions and techniques
that could serve as stress reliever in the workplace. Sound and effective ones
should promote sense of control, enhance self-esteem, relief, tranquility of the
mind, less likelihood of depression, and overall improvement in quality of
life.
Objectives a. Deepen understanding on one’s intrapersonal communication skills;
b.. increase the employee’s productivity and efficiency by effectively
managing intrapersonal and interpersonal communication skills at
the workplace; and,
c. develop an appreciation of one’s strength in promoting
intrapersonal tranquility.
Preliminaries Includes Opening Program in the morning of the first day and Management
of Learning in the succeeding days.
Design of the Event Formal Face to Face Capability Building
Methodology Lecture-workshop and simulation of relevant activities
Management Activity Individual and group activities like games

ACTIVITY
Description Harmonized Gender and Development Guidelines (HGDG) are analytical
concepts and tools for integrating gender concerns into development
programs and projects. It ensures gender equality and women’s
empowerment resulting in programs and projects. The guidelines focus on the
process, strategies, and development and management results of integrating
gender equality and women’s empowerment concerns in various stages of the
project cycle, including project identification and design and assessment of
projects for funding; projects. With that being articulated, it is important that
implementers of different projects/programs know to use the said tool in
compliance with attributions.
Objectives a. Deepen the understanding of Harmonized Gender and Development
Guidelines, its process, strategies, and the development of
management results of integrating gender equality and women’s
empowerment.
b. Appreciate the process of using the tool; and
c. Simulate the process of accomplishing the tool and present the
output before the group.

ACTIVITY
Description Division Orientation and Workshop for Program Recognition and
Program Application in the Continuing Professional Development
Accreditation System (CPDAS) is one of the pressing needs of both the
teaching and non-teaching personnel of our SDO which is vital for their
professional development and career advancement.
Objectives a. Deepen the understanding of education leaders on the processes
involved in the program recognition and program application in the
CPDAS;
b. Familiarize with the parts of Form R.1 or the Professional
Development Program/Course Recognition Form;
c. Recognize the requirements and documents to be submitted through
the CPDAS; and
d. Develop an appreciation of the importance of recognized and
Professional Regulation Commission (PRC accredited CPD program
in the professional development and career advancement of the
public school teachers.
