DON’T Split the check in the POS


The sub-check are not recognized on the app and it creates glitches. We can have several payments for one check, but do
not split the check on the POS.

Once the bill is checked-out on the POS, members don’t have the possibility to earn or redeem points anymore. However
you can propose a manual credit of points to the guest. Retrieve the necessary data, card number and signature, on a copy
of the bill and credit the points manually on Hotel Link.

Error messages / technical issue


The app can display several error messages : wrong table number, No synchronization please try again, Pay with points not
possible due to not enough points in the member’s account or bill too low. They are usually self explanatory, and the glitch
can be fixed. However if the member cannot proceed in the app due to technical issue, always propose the manual
process. The manual process works only for earn. It the pay with points (=burn) does not work in the app, there is NO
workaround solution

The venue code will be the same for all the tables of the restaurant and only the table number will change.
