    GUIDELINES - FIRST TERM ASSESSMENT - 2023 – 24


    Classes XI and XII

    Dear Students,

    Kindly note the following:

    Students are required to keep their bags outside the exam room.

    Carry only a transparent pouch with stationery required for the exam.

    Mobile phones, laptops, watches of any kind are not allowed.

    Any cases of malpractices will not be entertained.

    Attendance is mandatory for all. No retest will be conducted. If absent because of

    ill health, send an email to sr.secondary@dpshyderabad.com mentioning the

    reason and attach medical certificates.

    Own transport students are requested to report on time to school on all

    examination days. (on or before 7.40 am)

    Students are expected to come in a neat uniform.

    Students are requested to write their roll number, name and class/section on all

    sheets (main and supplementary).

    Students must use a blue ball point pen to write the exam. Answers written in

    pencil will not be evaluated.

    Carry your own stationery items required for the exam. Lending/borrowing of

    the stationary is strictly not allowed.

    Rough work to be done in the answer sheets only by making a separate column.

    Kindly tie the papers properly.

    Total supplementary sheets used to be written on the main sheet.
