Overview:
Entrepreneurs are defined as people who see opportunities everywhere. They see
opportunities in lack of resources or materials, in costly products being sold in the market, in
events like concerts, gatherings, and even in situation like strong typhoons, floods, and even
pandemic. Not all are given the ability to recognize opportunities, that’s why if you have one,
you should efficiently use it. This chapter will teach you how important opportunity is and
how you will find and know if the window of opportunity is open.
Objective:
After successful completion of this chapter, you should be able to:
1. Explain the difference between an opportunity and idea.
2. Describe the general approaches of entrepreneurs in identifying opportunities.
