Enlarge existing hole in transter case guard by driling 216 hole in to allow spacer to fit, 21 Oifer centre’ bracket to rivet nuts fitted into sl panel, Fit M8 x 30 1.5P bot, spring washer and loose plate 19 x 19 x 3 28 hole through lower opening in bracket and into sae fitted rivet nut, loosely. Sacer ise 3/ Fit MB x 30 1.5P bol, spring washer Stentor and loose plate 23 x 23 x 3.09 hole NE eae through horizontal mounting point in 5 WER Toere bracket and int fited rivet nut, loosely. teleernar 4) Fit 16 x1.5 x 3mm spacer betwoon sub frame and bracket on inner most mounting point 5/ Align inner end of bracket with existing hole in body, fix in position with M10 taptte bolt. Sce diagram. Note: - If vehicle is not fitted with a transter case cover use M10 taptite bolt supplied in box. Coat exposed metal with a tiled suitable corrosion inhibiter, 6/ Move bracket to side and instal rivet nut. 7/ Relocate rear bracket and fit M8 x 30 1.5P bolt, spring washer and loose plate 23 x 23 x 3 BS hole See diagram. 51 Fitting of step to Brackets. “Temitory Funeing Board Fiting Instuctions 211208 Page 5 018GENUINE RUNNING BOARDS FITTING INSTRUCTIONS MODEL: TERRITORY ACCESSORIES PART NUMBER: SX16450AA Please read fitting instructions carefully and completely before attempting to fit the new Running boards. 5) 1/ With all brackets fitted loosely, fit aluminium step to brackets by engage aluminium onto tip of brackets. 2, Align three M8 x 16 bolts into slot in top face of brackets. '5/ Centre step to vehicle 4 Fix into position with three MB whizz ruts. 5/ Tighten all bolts to torque listing. 6!
