LadLad Mountain Resort

 List the positive and negative impacts of tourism in your identified destination/attraction and
provide proof of such impacts in the area (news articles, images).
• Positive impact of tourism:
The greatest spot to go if you want a Calm and pleasant environment.
They have a camping place there, so you set up your tent there.
The good news is that if all you intend todo is swim a few laps in their pool, you are not n
eeded to purchase a Cottage—just pay the admission charge.
Additionally, they have a café where you can get local coffee, nachos, burger,
Sandwiches, various quick orders, and Rice dishes.

• Negative impact of tourism:

. It was crowded. Poor staff relations and a messy workplace. Customer
relations training is necessary for the staff Parking spot. are scarce.
No parking management or attendant. At your own risk, park.
Road is rugged and narrow. There aren't any extra tables
or seats in the place to accommodate large gatherings.
Recommendation

We continue to develop and make the Resort to its best and to accommodate more!
Here's our 6 new rooms for your preference.

Note:‼️No area for cooking but we will provide grilling space downstairs. Location: Beside the tent area; Below-Function
Hall, Upstairs-6rooms

Solution
The Resort does not offer any cooking facilities in the rooms, which may be inconvenient for guests who
prefer to cook their own meals. The Resort’s rooms lacked basic amenities and were not well-maintained,
leading to a disappointing stay for many guests.
