How are you today? I’m so busy.

Now, I want to talk you abt my job.
Giao Hang Tiet Kiem is my company. It’s a insland logistic company
I’m Area Manager off Customer Survice Division, local HCMC. I have 25 staff for 3
team, 3 orther area and almost all is still young, very young.
Abt My daily job.
Every morning, when I wake up, check mail, skype, note to do list and check
deadline what I must complete.
I must follow task of staff.
Make plans to achieve for one of new project and maintain KPI for week, month
Look for the solution when happen potential problems, what my staff can’t idea
for it.
Training new staff,
Work with other department and my Boss to resolve problems and expedite
work,…
Sometime I will remove to one of there area i’m supporting. It’s too far, so I feel
very waste of time.
Occasionally, I’m stress with my job and what happing in my life. It’s make me so
tired. But, that’s okay because it’s life.
If you know game Werewolf, I’m a stupid village for 1 year ago, Now I’m a Lone
