• Create eye-catching visual displays that showcase our home
durables and kitchenware products. • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to attract and engage customers. • Collaborate with the store management team to plan and execute seasonal and promotional displays. • Ensure that product layouts and arrangements align with the brand's aesthetics and standards. • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to create an inviting atmosphere. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate fresh ideas into visual displays. • Utilize lighting, signage, and props effectively to highlight featured products. • Work with product and marketing teams to receive product information and updates for accurate representation. • Train and guide store staff on maintaining visual merchandising standards. • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to refine visual merchandising strategies. • Participate in store events and product launches to enhance the customer experience.
