Principal Solutions Architect – Supply Chain Solutions

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a technology enthusiast who enjoys solving business challenges with IT and leading technical
innovation for DHL Supply Chain. In this role, you will be responsible for consulting and designing IT solutions that
solve real business problems. At the same time, you will be pioneering new architectures, implementing Proof of
Concepts and Production Systems to move Supply Chain business to the next level.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Consulting skills – high exposure to Customers/Product Owners based world-wide

• Previous experience in designing digital products using Cloud solutions
• Deep Technical understanding of Cloud architectures using Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform,
ideally supported with a certification
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) delivery methods
• Strong analytical skills (Use Case, Data Model, Process Model, ...)
• Experience with API/integration design and principles
• Ability to design UI through Wireframes delivering great UX to our users
• SW Design/Lifecycle tools (Enterprise Architect, Jira)
• Strong technical background preferably with IT degree or equivalent work experience in IT area.
• Excellent communications skills (fluent English necessary), enthusiastic, self-motivated, team player

Required Skillset

• Min 15 years in core Java development.

• Java MVC frameworks.
• Microservices Architecture and Transformation.
• API designs and management.
• Azure Functions, Durable Functions, AKS.
• Strong in SQL and noSQL DB.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-initiated and driven.
