WORKFORCE BY DEMONSTRATING CHARACTERISTICS HE WISHED TO SEE
THEM DISPLAY.

His traits were as followed:

 Stays focused: prioritize ruthlessly- have a vision for your idea
 Keep it simple: beauty of simplicity- detect a problem and its origin and find
the effort to solve that problem
 Think different: pay attention to details- work on details and on delivering
user experience on all levels.
 Quality over quantity: content/design is king- do not chase numbers and work
on the idea instead and learn to take risks as quality products are what
consumer chases.
 Ask for help if stuck: kill that ego- identify areas of improvement and don’t
compromise when it comes to your work. Seek expert advice as not
everything can be controlled.
 Delegate tasks: be a leader, not a specialist- know what u can do or not do
and create a team which can visualize your ideas.
 Marketing is everything: inventor of revolutionary technology- work on your
communication skills and connect with the people.
 Strong will: imposing his own version of reality- stick to your goal and never
give up.
 Learn learn learn- absorb knowledge wherever u can find it and never stop
learning.
