Press Call/ Cancel button, the user will make a Call request and the Medical care
host in nurse station will receiver the call and Voice broadcast. Meanwhile the Dot
matrix corridor display will display this call and do sync voice broadcast. Or if corridor
display no voice function, will only show this call information.

2 Nursing button, nurse present

Press Nursing button, system will clear call information of ward which the calling bed
in. Meanwhile the ward is now a Nurse present status and the door corridor light will
do Pink blink which means a nurse in the ward now. At the same time, the dot matrix
corridor display will show the ward position information.
When under the Nurse present status, press Nursing button again, the ward status
will be reset as Nurse leaving,which means No nurse in the ward and the door side
station is not in the Nursing status. The dot matrix corridor light will show the ward
information where nurse located but not the current ward information.

3 Code blue/ Staff assist button

Press Code/blue/ staff assist button to send the assistant requirements and the
system will broadcast it by the Medical care host, Music doc matrix corridor display,
door-side station, etc.

4 Indicator light of the bedside station.

The indicator light in the bedside station will display current bed patient nursing care
class by different colors. This color can be set by the YHE-916S system software,
System set- General set- color set.
Indicator light of bedside station will blink when call or communication with
host.When the call for the bed is abandoned and is stored by the system, the care
indicator light will blink as a reminder with the color of patient nursing care class.

5 Call button on the Handset

Press the call button on the handset to make a call request, which has the same call
requested function as the "Call/cancel" button on the bedside station.

6 Transfusion replace button on the handset

The blue small button on the handset is for Drip replacement of transfusion. It is
similar function as the call button which can be broadcast in the system as Bed xxx
Drip replace. The nurse will know patients request directly.

1 Nursing care class indicator light
25 color nursing care level indicator light is used to indicate the calling patient nursing
care class.When the patient calls through the bedside station, the corridor light near
the door of the corresponding room will display and indicate the patient nursing care
class.
When the room's bedside extension call is not answered and enters the storage state,
the indicator light shows the color of the patient care level.

Factory default:
When the room status is "nurse enter", the indicator light blinks in pink.When the bath
room station emergency call, the indicator light will always be on in red.

2 Nursing button
Press the Nursing button, the system will clear the call information of the ward where
the bedside station located in, and the corresponding ward will be in the status of
‘nurse entering’.
The pink nursing indicator light of the door side station blinks, indicating that there are
nurse entering the room.At the same time, the dot matrix corridor display will show
the ward information.
In the status of ‘nurse entering’, pressing the Nursing button again, the room status
will be updated to ‘nurse leaving’, which means that there is no nurse in the room.
The nursing indicator light of the door will not show the nursing status now, and the
current ward information will not be displayed in the nurse position information
displayed by the dot matrix corridor display.

2. Emergency call
Press the red emergency call button of the bath room station or pull down the
drawstring to send a call request for the bathroom. The corresponding door-side
station of the room will show red and always be on. The Medical care host will display
the call information of the bath room station and broadcast, while the auxiliary
telephone will ring to remind the nurse.
The system can broadcast bathroom call information through the door side
station.(Bathroom station emergency calls have the highest priority and can interrupt
ongoing Code blue/ staff assist, bedside station calls, or ongoing communication of
the system.)

3. Indicator light
When emergency call from bath room station, the indicator light will light on and give
a alert sound of Di-di-di...

4. Call cancel
The call from the bath room station can be clear from the bath room station or the
YH-927 medical care host. The call of the bath room station can be cleared by
pressing the cancel button of the bath room station, or by pressing the Cancel button
at the YH-927 medical host.

 1. Sub station call the host

a. Press bedside station call button, the bedside station and medical care host will
voice report the number at the same time. The computer side will display the
pop-up window. During the ringing , pick up the phone handle and enter the call
state. After the call,hang up the phone and the medical care host will return to
standby state without saving the bedside station number.
b. If the call doesn’t get through, the bedside station will be stored and at the same
time, the computer side will display the unprocessed call information in the
bottom-right corner , the corresponding bed in the bed list will change color, the
bedside station will enter the storage interface, and the dot matrix corridor
display screen will display the bedside station number.
c. Emergency call: Press emergency call button on the bath room station, the
computer side will display the unprocessed call information in the bottom-right
corner, the medical care host will give the sound of the call, and the host screen
and the display screen of the dot matrix corridor display will show the
corresponding number.The medical care host cannot directly talk with
emergency bath station.

2. Medical care host call the bedside station ( medical care host can’t call bath
room station)
Pick up the phone, press the corresponding beds cell in the list,if the dial tone
disappeared,it indicates that the bedside station is connected.Hang up after the
call.If you hear a long sound of "di -", it indicates that this bedside station doesn’t
exist.

3. Clear information from Medical care host

If call from sub station (both bedside station and bath room station ) not get through,
the call number will be stored in the host,max. 9 numbers stored.
If need to clear these numbers,there are two methods.
One is when Medical care host is standby, click the corresponding bed cell of the
stored number and the background color of the bed cell disappears. It indicates that
the stored sub station number has been cleared.
The second method is to call through the stored bedside numbers.After hanging up
the storage of the bedside number will be cleared.

4. Clear call information from bedside station and bath room station.

5. Broadcast
a. Health care education broadcast: Press Broadcast key the Medical care host will
enter the Broadcast interface in which can select the previous song, the next
song, pause, volume control and other functions.Click the list on the left to select
the audio needed.
b. Microphone broadcast: Click the icon in the upper corner on the right side of the
medical care host screen to enter the selection interface of broadcast bed
cell.Click "Global Broadcast" to broadcast to all broadcasters.Independent
broadcast needs to select the broadcast bed, and then click "Independent
broadcast" to broadcast.

6. Voice number report volume setting by the PC software

In the computer software, the left menu ‘System Settings’ → ‘General Settings’ →
‘Volume Settings’. After entering the interface, the volume of each device of different
period can be set.

7. Call recorded inquiry by PC software

In the computer software, the menu on the left side is ‘Call record’. After entering the
interface, the required records can be inquired according to the call type, room
number, bed number and time node.

The YHE-927 Medical care host main interface shows the number of inpatients in
current ward, the numbers of call stored, and the number of patients at each class of
nursing care.
If there is an icon on the right side of the interface, it means that there is a
network problem between YHE-927 medical care host and the management host; if
there is no icon on the right side, it means that the network communication
between YHE-927 and the management host is normal.

4. Bed list

Click the icon at the top right of the main interface to display the general
information of bed list in the ward, such as bed number, corresponding patient
information, nursing care class and so on.
If the corresponding bed has call unprocessed and has number store, the
background color of bed cell will indicate the color of the nursing care class.
5. System broadcast

Click the Broadcast button to display the broadcast function options:

‘Overall broadcast’: In the disconnected or hands-free state, click ‘Overall

broadcast’ and the system will broadcast. All sub station starting broadcast function
will receive the broadcasting from the host side, and medical staff can broadcast the
content from the host side.

‘Local broadcasting’: When pick up the receiver or with handfree status, select the
beds need to be broadcast and then click ‘Local broadcasting’, the system will only
broadcast to the selected beds, and the medical staff can broadcast the content by
the host terminal.

Cancel: Cancel the selected status of all the beds.

Press Main interface iron to back to main interface.

6. Receiving bedside station call and conversation.

When there is a call from a bedside station, a call request can be received at the
Medical care host. Click the "Answer" button to receive the call, and click the "Hang
up" button or cancel button to clear the call request.
Click the bed cell to dial back to the called bedside station to make a call when the
host is receiver pick up status or hand free status. Click the ‘Hang up’ button or the
cancel button to finish the current call.

7. Health education broadcast.

The interface of health education broadcasting shows the audio file uploaded in the
YHE-916S PC system software. Click a file in the audio file list and the system will
play it. The right side of the interface shows the play progress of the audio file.

8. Access monitoring image (YHE-916S not supports this function)

9. Extension:
The extension function mainly includes the medical care mobile units list. Under the
receiver pick up status or hand free status, click mobile unit icon to call corresponding
units.

10. Setting:
The Setting includes general setting of system, includes Volume setting, Luminance
setting, Access setting, Screening setting, and system setting.
a. Volume setting:
Set the Medical care host 927 volume and period details. Also support broadcast
volume, receiver volume and output volume setting.
Broadcast volume is loudspeaker volume of host when handfree status.
Receiver volume is the phone volume when talk by receiver.
Output volume is the output volume of Medical care host to talk with sub station.
b. Luminance
This is for Medical care host luminance setting. ‘Oper.BRT’ refers to the brightness of
the screen when the YH-927 host is operating and receiving information. ‘Standby
BRT’ refers to the screen brightness of YH-927 in standby mode after no operation. If
you set the automatic screen off time period to turn on, then the YH-927 host will be in
the screen closing state during the response time, and the screen will not be light until
the operation is carried out or the call information is received.

c. Access
YHE-916S system doesn’t support this function
d. Screening
In the filter setting interface, the user can shield the ringing message of the extension
as needed, check the corresponding extension type, and the YHE-927 host terminal
will ignore the call information of the extension. For example, if you check the
shielding bedside station call, then call from bedside station, the host will no longer
receive. But if this call is stored, it can be seen on the YHE - 927 host stored
information
If the set rest period is turned on, the host side will ignore all call requests from the
sub stations in the corresponding period, but the patient information is normally
updated.
e. System setting
The system setting interface needs a corresponding password to enter. When
enter the password "668", you can "update information", "bed filter", "display
setting" and "password setting".
When enter the password "997927", basic network Settings and other operations
can be carried out.
Click Update, and the system will update the information related to patients in the
nursing unit associated with the host to the YHE-927 medical host.

Click Filter to display the information of each bed. After the corresponding bed is
selected, the system will no longer receive the call information of that bed. On the
bed list interface of YHE-927 host, the corresponding bed will turn gray and
cannot be operated.

Click Display to set the standby interface, display mode, display mode of nursing
care class and display mode of hospitalized patients new admission.
Click Password to set the local password of YH-927.Local password is the
password needed to enter the SYSTEM setting of YHE-927
(Access password, extension password invalid for 916S system)

When click Settings and enter the password ‘997927’, it will enter the basic
system Settings. Click ‘Network Settings - Host Network’, set the properties of the
host to manage the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and other
information, and tick the item ‘Open The Network connection of the host’, do not
check the item ‘Automatically get IP address’.
Nursing unit code: Set the nursing unit code information of the department.
(Consistent with the nursing unit code added by YHE-916S system software.)
Fill in the IP address of the computer installing YHe-916S system software in the
SERVER property setting, and the port number should be consistent with the
information of ‘port number’ in ‘Setting - Manufacturer setting - Installation setting
- System Connection Configuration - Host Connection Port Configuration’ in the
YHE-916S system software.
After setting up the network information, please set the number and inspecting
the substation in the Setting - manufacturer setting - Installation
setting/inspection function in YHE-916S system software. For details, please
refer to the operating instructions of the YHE-916 system software.
