First of all, I would like to say what is the meaning of emotional intelligence.

Emotional intelligence is the way of learning to control and manage the emotions. That is to say to
be truly aware of our emotions as well as the emotions of others.

Regarding teaching emotional intelligence at school, I believe It’s a great opportunity for children to
have control over impulsive reactions and find constructive ways to express children's feelings
from childhood.
One of the main advantages of living in a foreign country is that it gives you
opportunity to experience an entirely differnet way of life, which can be a avluable
form of education.

One of the main advantages of learning to control emotions is avoid conflicts and solve problems
in a healthy way. But in contrast how often are we encouraged to speak openly about our emotions?
For this reason, I think children must learn to speak about their fears [fiars], their emotions and their
vulnerabilities, the sooner, the better.. and at school is a great space to start.

When we open up and communicate our feelings something magical happens.
We build [bild] connections and trust with the people around us and create a safe space for them to
do the same.
Encouraging children to express their feelings from an early age is essential for their emotional
development and overall well-being. In addition, they must learn is not a sign of weakness.

In addition, children must identify and understand their emotions because is crucial for managing
them properly.

When children know they can share their feelings without judgment, it's more likely to
communicate their needs and concerns reducing their aggressive behaviour such as bullying at
school that is a geat issues among teenagers and children.
In addition, open speech about feelings in the classroom can help identify any emotional
struggles early on that is important to avoid issues like depression, anxiety or other mental health
problems
Effective communication of feelings also helps children develop better social skills. They can better
understand with the feelings of others, which is important for positive relationships.

Like a disadvantage I think but it’s possible that children may not always be able to express their
feelings clearly. Teachers must be patients.
And talking about non-verbal communication such as the tone [toun]of voice, can give us a lot of
emotional information including anger, sadness, happiness, and excitement.

example, ‘Look at Bluey’s face. She looks sad’.
