a. Mercy Corps and Owner (if applicable) will have

PROVISIONS

(WFP/EB.2/2010/4-C/l) (the "Policy"), WFP has ‫او التواطؤ (حيث ان هذه المصطلحات يتم تعريفها‬/‫الفساد و‬
zero tolerance for Fraudulent, Corrupt and/or .)‫ادناه‬
Collusive Practices(as such terms are defined
below).

do not engage in Prohibited Practices.
