Our media organization is making an official request to have a camera in the courtroom for an
upcoming pre-trial hearing.
Law&Crime Network has years of experience acting as the media pool in courtrooms all over
the country. We are always respectful, and recognize the importance of this responsibility.
Our videographer, Dean O'Neal is local to the Carroll County area. He is trained on how to
avoid showing the jury members. He is familiar with audio issues and sensitive information like
sidebars. We are all familiar with the State of Indiana media guidelines.
We will handle properly distributing the video to other members of the media at the trial.
Our organization is working with your local media and Court TV.
We believe that our work on his last hearing was successful for the court.
If there is anything you would like for us to improve, please let us know.
Subject to your direction from the court regarding certain witnesses, we ask to record the
hearing in its entirety.
Our use of media equipment and operation locations will be in conformity with guidelines
issued by the court.
We would be happy to discuss further any concerns you may have.
Sincerely,
Lacey LeCroy
