Dear Sir/Madam

Thank you so much for your E-mail dated 02/08/2023 where kindly asking me why I provided the
address which belongs to the business and asking me to provide the passport or any sort of Id with my
signature.

I am stating that I am an asylum seeker and a single mother, and I am currently living at the hotel
provided by the home office. This is why my address was business (Hotel address). For this reason, I
do not have a bank statement in the UK as I am not a Bank account holder and I do not have any utility
bills registered in my name as I do live in the hotel provided by the home office/migrant help to me.

I do not hold the original passport or other ID documents, but I have, an application registration card
issued by the home office copy of which I have already sent to you previously.

However, I managed to find the photo of my lost passport on my mobile so I will send it to you.

I would like to state that if it is a problem to deliver the passport to the hotel, you could deliver it to
my former partner`s house address who is the father of my child.

Name surname and address of the father of my child: Victor Pilotas 2 Blackmore Avenue Southall,
Middlesex UB1 3ES.

I am enclosing the followings:

1. The letter from the hotel confirming I am living there.

2. The copy of my passport
3. The copy of my Bail 201
