before they officially release? With Consultant early
access, you can! For select releases, Scentsy provides
the opportunity for you to order the products before the
launch date to take advantage of promoting the new
release. Learn how to sample, promote and sell early
access products to generate excitement and increase sales.

The early bird gets the ... sale


The best way to take advantage of early access opportunities
is by ordering as soon as possible! By ordering early, you
maximize your time to prepare how you’ll promote the
upcoming products. If you wait too long, you will miss out on
valuable time and early promotion momentum.

Prepare to share
Once your products have arrived, it’s time to put them to
good use! Create samples to use in multiple ways. Check
out Make and Assemble Samples in the Training section of
Scentsy Success for tips, then start sharing!

Make it a team thing! Some Consultants choose to split the


cost of early access offerings and share the materials to
make samples.

Here are some ways to distribute samples:

y Share samples at your local grocery store, school, doctor’s


office, etc.
y Add felt samples to your monthly “happy” mail.
y Feature samples at your scent events.
y Include samples in your monthly basket or on-the-go
parties.
y Add samples to your current party packs.

Tip! Look at your order history to see who has purchased


similar scents in the past. There’s a good chance they
would appreciate you reaching out about something new!

Promote, promote, promote!


Drum up excitement with your customers before the official
launch to increase the opportunity for sales. Consider these
ideas:

y Go live on your favorite social platform(s). A quick snippet


of the product details, release date and how to preorder
with you should do the trick!
y Post on your socials often, highlighting why you love the
product and when it releases. (Offer to send samples, if
that fits your business style.)
y Text your customers one-on-one to suggest why they’d
appreciate the upcoming offering.
y Film a “sniff sesh” with you and a friend where you each
smell the latest fragrances and share first impressions.
(What do they remind you of? What fragrance notes can
you smell? Who would love these scents?)

However you choose to share and promote, make sure


to include how customers can order. Consider keeping a
preorder list of people who are interested, then follow up
with them when the product is live.

Make it a big deal


Add the cherry on top of your promotion campaign by
making the official launch day a special event. Promote the
day of the launch on all your communication platforms (text,
email, socials, etc.) with a link to order.

“It’s finally here! The amazing collection I’ve been raving


about all month — order using this link or request an
individual shopping link for you to share for the chance
to earn free product(s)!”

Early access opportunities allow your network to get excited


about what’s on the horizon. Take advantage of the time
before the official launch to plan how you’ll share and
promote upcoming offerings with your friends and family —
then, reach out early and often to increase the potential for
orders.
