TOILET BLOCK OF MANKARA VEG MARKET COMPLEX

i). Site Activity observed :-

Earth Work, Brick Flat soling, P.C.C (1:3:6), Shuttering & R.C.C (M25) work in the new toilet of
Mankara Veg Market Complex.

ii). Details of Observation :-

1. Earth work in footing for 9 nos footing of size 1.80m X 1.80m.
2. Brick flat soling below P.C.C in footings & tie beam bottom.
3. P.C.C (1:3:6) above B.F.S below R.C.C in footing and tie beam.
4. Bending & binding of reinforcement in footing column, tie beam, Roof beam and slab.
(a). FOOTING :- 12mm dia tor steel @150mm C/C in both direction .
(b). COLUMN :- 6 nos 16mm dia tor steel and 8mm dia tie @ 150mm C/C.
(c). TIE BEAM & ROOF BEAM :- 3 nos . 16mm dia tor steel in top & bottom and 8mm dia tie
@150mm C/C.
(d). ROOF SLAB :- (1). 8mm dia tor steel @125mm C/C as main reinforcement and 150mm
C/C as distribution bar.
(2). 8mm dia tor steel @ 150mm C/C as extra top main up to 0.25m length
from support and @150mm C/C as binder.
Sufficient nos of 8mm dia tor steel chairs are used as separator for top & bottom layer of
slab.
5. R.C.C :- Grade of R.C.C is M25 used in footing, column, tie beam, roof beam & slab.
(a) FOOTING :- Size of R.C.C in footing is 1.60m X1.60m & depth are 200mm and 450mm up
to trapezoidal portion.
(b) COLUMN :- Size of column is 250mm X 250mm.

(C).TIE BEAM & ROOF BEAM :- Size of tie beam & roof beam are 250mm X 450mm.

(D) ROOF SLAB : - Thickness of roof slab is 150 mm.

Note : Niddle vibrator is used during construction of footing , column , Tie beam & Roof beam.
