RESPONDENTS, by themselves, and unto this Honorable

Court, most respectfully submits the following Manifestations:

1. On February 10, 2023 the Respondents and other members

of Central Area Communal Irrigators Association Inc., decided to
separate and create a new association in the name Samahang
Magpapatubig ng Magsasakang Taga Central (SaMaKaCen).(Copy of
the minutes and attendance sheet is hereto attached as ANNEX "1"
to "1-I";

2. The new association was registered under the Department

of Labor and Employment on February 21, 2023. Copy of the
Registration is herein attached as ANNEX "2";
 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Court that this MANIFESTATION be
NOTED.

Other reliefs just and equitable under the foregoing are

likewise being prayed for.
