Begin drafting email, whatsapp, instagram posts , messages and
marketing content.
Week 3:
Launch the workshop registration on your website.
Share teaser posts on Instagram about the upcoming workshop.
Send the first round of email invitations to your mailing list, and
spam whatsapp invitations on the class groups.
Create a WhatsApp group for participants who have already
registered.
Week 4:
Continue promoting the workshop on Instagram with regular
posts and stories.
Send reminder emails to those who have not registered yet.
 Share updates and workshop details on the WhatsApp group.
Week 5:
Start a countdown series on Instagram, highlighting key topics
and speakers.
Send another round of email invitations and reminders.
Post daily updates in the WhatsApp group.
Week 6:
Share sneak peeks of workshop materials on Instagram.
Create a WhatsApp broadcast list to send reminders and
updates.
Send a final reminder email to potential participants.
Week 7:
Continue Instagram countdown with testimonials from previous
workshop participants.
Regularly update WhatsApp groups and broadcast lists.
Confirm all technical aspects for the workshop, such as video
conferencing tools.
Week 8:
