Dear Sir,

At the outset, I would like to thank you for considering us, as your consultant in registration of
new business entity. As per our discussion, you confirm to register a Limited Liability Partnership
Firm as form of a business. Recently, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) has become a preferred
form of organization amongst the entrepreneurs. It provides liberty and flexibility of operations
like Partnership Firm and parallelly it provides status of Body Corporate as well.

Based on our discussion we require inputs from you to proceed further with the registration. The
list of requirement is attached as Annexure – A

Further, following documents will be required while submitting the registration application
