2nd Dec '22 19:00-20:00 Zone distribution to all the individual hacker teams. Showing the teams their way around the venue, distributing zones and gathering everyone for the common meet
Making sure all the teams join the hackathon Discord server, Welcoming the mentors and hospitality facilities to all
18:00-19:00 Induction programme Introduction of the mentors, helpline volunteers, sponsor representatives
Explanation of hackathon instructions, release of the problem statements
21:00-22:00 Choosing the problem statement One final choice of problem statements submitted by each team
22:00-22:30 Commit 1 Hackers are required to update the sheet and github according to their work progress
2nd-3rd Dec '22 22:30-04:00 Hacking Phase Hackers start with building their prototypes and they will be guided towards dormitories(if required). Midnight snacks will be provided

04:30-10:00 Hacking Phase Meals will be offered while the team continues with their hack, introduction of the mini events(fun activities)
10:00-10:30 Commit 3
10:30-16:00 Hacking Phase Meals will be offered while the team continues with their hack, with the option of the mini events(fun activities) on breaks
16:00-16:30 Commit 4
16:30-22:00 Hacking Phase Meals will be offered while the team continues with their hack, with the option of the mini events(fun activities) on breaks
22:00-22:30 Commit 5
3rd-4th Dec '22 22:30-04:00 Hacking Phase Meals will be offered while the team continues with their hack, with the option of the mini events(fun activities) on breaks

04:30-09:30 Hacking Phase Meals will be offered while the team continues with their hack, with the option of the mini events(fun activities) on breaks
09:30-10:00 Final Commit Hackers will be required to upload their prototype and their final code on Github and Google forms
10:00-12:00 Break + Presentation preparation Before the presentation phase, teams are required to prepare a presentation(powerpoint, video, etc.) for their submitted prototype
12:00-12:30 Lunch Break
12:30-17:00 Presentation Round Teams will have 15 minutes each for the presentation of their submitted prototype
Snacks and dinner will be offered during this time
17:30-18:30 Result Declaration Final word by the mentors and announcement of the winner teams
