GUIDELINES AND FORMATS

FOR

CAPSTONE PROJECT
 BATCH 2021-23

(A) RESEARCH BASED DISSERTATION

 Guidelines:
The research papers selected by student should be from top renowned journals / journals with high Impact factor (HBR, IIM, IIT
etc.) retrieved from EBSCO, Google Scholar etc.
Number of Copies: The final Dissertation shall be submitted in two spiral bound hard copies and uploading of soft copy in a
shared folder, to the respective faculty guide.
Acceptance / Rejection of Dissertation: The Faculty Guide shall hold the right to accept the Dissertation or suggest modifications
for resubmission, in case of unsatisfactory work.

 Format of the Dissertation: The students must adhere strictly to the format for the submission of the Dissertation:
 Paper: White executive bond, A-4 size paper.
 Typing: Font - Times New Roman, Font size - 12, Font Size for titles – 14, both sides of the paper shall be printed using
 black color only, Line Spacing: 1.5
 Margins: The top, right & bottom margins must be 1" with the left margin being 1.5"
 Binding: Spiral bound
 Colour Graphs / Charts / Tables – Must have appropriate titles, labels and must provide values and units of measurement
clearly.

(B) INDUSTRY ANALYSIS

 Guidelines:
The industry & companies within the industry selected by the student should be approved by the respective Faculty Guide. The
Research database to be used shall be CMIE Database.
Number of Copies of Report: The final report shall be submitted in two spiral bound hard copies and uploading of soft copy in a
shared folder, to the respective faculty guide.
